The employees are never friendly and they make the coffee different everyday. I order the same thing everyday but it always taste very different. The employees are rude and you can definitely tell they hate their job

There’s an Hispanic older lady, probably manager, who’s rude and moody 24/7. Very unprofessional, never in a good mood

I had a very disappointing experience with the lady wearing glasses who took my order. Her attitude was unfriendly, and my drink was consistently either underfilled, too foamy, or missing ingredients. To make things worse, they didn’t secure the lid, and the drink spilled all over my table. Definitely not the level of service I expected.

Got a tall iced mocha for $5.67. It was alright, better than Kaldi's and cheaper ($8.56!), but nothing special. It's pretty loud because it's packed with students studying obviously, and the music can be loud as well. Otherwise there's plenty of seats to study or do group work, nice big windows. There's a pretty mural towards the back. Madeleines were decent as a quick to-go snack as well.

Walked across campus to get coffee. Order Cafe Americano with oat milk. Get back to hospital to find I have black coffee. They will not answer phone.

I went this morning to get a cinnamon dulce latte & the woman who fixed my drink had terrible customer service. My name was completely wrong on the cup & it was pretty packed. I asked her the drink on the counter was a cinnamon dulce latte and her response was “the name is on the cup.” I then asked her again & she replied, “yes, the name is on the cup.” Her response was unnecessary and I was taken aback. She was African American with glasses and was leaning up against the counter as if she didn’t want to be there. The woman who took my order however was very pleasant.

Cozy inside. Pleasant outside. Nice people.I stop by here about once a week. The people behind the counter remember my order. The inside is quiet and cozy, even when it's busy. Big windows offer natural light. There's a big patio that sits near a side street.Oh, they also serve Starbucks products which just is what it is. I drink the blonde ristretto with a marshmallow bar but they know that already.

Really wish I could give 0 stars due to the deplorable customer service I received today. I went into Starbucks, while waiting for my father to finish his oncology appointment. I simply ordered a blueberry muffin after waiting for about 20 minutes I politely asked one of the employees my wait time before she could answer, another employee who said she was the manager interjected and began being very rude rolling eyes talking loud and being completely belligerent in a store full of people I stated several times I wasn't speaking to her and she continued to talk once she was done being rude she proceeded to instruct another employee not to give me my order and call security once security arrived he immediately stated I was being aggressive which was by far from the truth. Im so thankful that another employee(Toni) and a by standing customer was there and immediately came to my defense. Emory should be ashamed to have someone of this low caliber working there. She wouldn't give me her name but she was the only person at the counter without being in uniform, with long RED BRAIDS touching her bottom with no hair net. I'm taking this issue all the way to the top because it was a horrible experience.
I am disgusted and exhausted with the old Hispanic lady who should not be anywhere near customer service. I absolutely dread having to interact with her. She is so disrespectful and seems to not want to do her job. I come from the hospital dealing with my mothers chemo and I am tired of her unprofessionalism. Yamin, the supervisor watches her behavior and does not correct her staff. I have a problem with her everytime I come in and will be contacting corporate. On top of the drinks I order are always bitter and poorly made and then I’m blamed like I ordered the wrong thing.

I had a great experience with the employees at this location, everyone works very hard and has great leadership skills. I don't go to Starbucks as much but coming to this location definitely made me appreciate great services. Keep up the fantastic work and come shop here at this Starbucks location.
