It’s the closest coffee shop to my workplace. It’s a special moment I share with my mom every time we come here to eat, but the coffee is terrible! I always order the same coffee at every Starbucks and I know how it’s supposed to taste. This is nothing like the recipe. This is the third time it has happened in this location, and if I say something, they look at me badly or don’t solve anything. I know it’s a busy Starbucks, but I’m paying for the service! Nobody is giving it to me for free. I hope you can fix this.

I bought a latte kids temp and sat outside initially. Then it became too hot so it changed to sit inside. The black guy came to me after 30 minutes also and asked me, did I make a purchase? I told him that I made a purchase earlier. Then he insisted that its store policy that people needs to make purchases every time come back. I didn't know starbucks became so pathetic. The store was not even half full. Will never go back again

Went this morning and won’t be back to this location. You can go to the one right up the street, not even a half mile from this location and get faster genuine service and a better product!

I have been to This Starbucks many times over the last three years, and they frequently get the orders wrong. I don't think they pay attention when someone is giving their order.. They will often give a grande when you ordered a venti, or they will give you a drink that isn't right but the name starts with the same name as the drink that you wanted. It also takes a long time to get your order, sometimes there's only a couple cars ahead of me and it takes me 20 minutes to get through the line. If there's a closer Starbucks to you I would go there instead. This is the problem I have with tipping prior to receiving my order at Starbucks: you are tipping for a service hoping for a good outcome, and sometimes it works, but then too often you realize they messed up your order, but it's too late and you've already paid for good service and you didn't get it.

We were today just a few minutes ago there buying something through the drive thru and there was a super gentle man with the best energy and super super kind. It was such a great moment that definitely made our moment so comfortable “Ian” I think that was his name. Amazing service 10/10

I come here fairly often, and I've never had a bad experience. Today, at the end of a very bad week, I had been studying here for around 2 hours and a barista brought me a croissant and drink saying it was on the staff. I almost cried.
I prefer this location for my area. The vibe and the accuracy of order are great. I like their cold brews but only come when I have gift cards.
