Mark this day on the calendar, for it was on this 10th day of January in the year 2026 @ approximately 4pm that barista Ximena (say her name!!) made TWO of the most INCREDIBLE caramel ribbon crunch frappacinos in the entire history of the world. No cap.

Seriously, it's the only drink I get from Starbucks and EVERY Barista at EVERY Starbucks screws it up EVERY TIME.

I got this order in the drive-tnru so I had no idea who made them and of course I left ZERO tips in anticipation of how awful they were going to be. But when the cashier handed them to me I IMMEDIATELY that they were going to be delicious because of the deep brown color of the mix and the way it look EXACTLY like it does in the menu/promotional pics!!

I got half way down busy N. Druid Hills, turned around, went back to the store, parked, when back inside with the drinks, and she was the only barista I saw so I asked if she had made them, and she said YES! I huge smile appeared ony face and I explained to her how AWFUL everybody made this drink and what she did next just blew me away --- unpromoted, she ACTUALLY explained how the drink is supposed to be made. I listened in amazement at how complicated the process is and understood at that moment why every drink always sucks. Because nobody is willing to put in the effort that is required to make the drink properly.

So folks, if you're ever at that store and want a frappacino made, XIMENA is your girl. I even tipped her $20 before I left.

Came here to pick up someone else’s order one iced coffee (was doing DoorDash) terrible customer service I mean absolute worst was told to stand in a specific location for pickup after that it was like I was a ghost order never came and just had me standing there looking crazy employees completely over looked multiple times walked right past me had me waiting over 20 mins for one coffee didn’t want to give me the order I waited so long for again I don’t normally come here myself I was picking up someone else’s order but after that I don’t want to ever come to this place

Customer service is not good, and the coffee always tastes burnt. I frequently go to the Starbucks in Alpharetta on Hayne Bridge Road and the customer service there is superb five stars their Pac-Man stop and they still deliver wonderful customer service. They know me by name in the coffee never tastes burnt..

The employees in this store slow move extremely slow and they have no pace to their service. There are enough workers to build a line and get the job done but not a sense of urgency.

No greeting when I came in the store it makes the experience suck and it makes me not to come as much as I usually have visited

Stopped in for a to go order. Inside only had a few customers and the drive through was packed. Placed my order and waited about 10 minutes. Coffee was well made. It was a little frustrating to see 2 out of 5 employees doing 80% of the work and the other 3 doing 20% of the work. If they all worked at the same pace I would have waited 2 or 3 minutes.

Mari was super helpful with the best energy!!! She really made my day! Thank you Mardi!!

The sweet man at the drive-thru window every week day around 7am makes my day before work every time!! He is so kind, smiley, helpful, and fast! I know he’s keeping the drive-thru happy and well taken care of every shift he works. Thank you!

This Starbucks changed my life, the workers ARE exceptionally kind and the most polite people I have ever interacted with. My drink came out better than I have ever received at any Starbucks in my life, the pastries area was very hygienic unlike other places and they wrote me a cute note on the drink 10/10 would come every day if I could.

Such a good environment! Everyone is so nice and welcoming! They leave such cute notes on my cup that just brightens my day! Thank you Starbucks

It’s the closest coffee shop to my workplace. It’s a special moment I share with my mom every time we come here to eat, but the coffee is terrible! I always order the same coffee at every Starbucks and I know how it’s supposed to taste. This is nothing like the recipe. This is the third time it has happened in this location, and if I say something, they look at me badly or don’t solve anything. I know it’s a busy Starbucks, but I’m paying for the service! Nobody is giving it to me for free. I hope you can fix this.
