Worst Starbucks ever!!! So slow and understaffed. Smelled very weird as well.

This guys are amazing!!!! Everyone is the bomb! I loved this vibe so much, made my day! I love you guys! ❤️ keep making people’s lives better everyday 🫂

Baristas were behind the bar laughing and chatting making it very warm, got greeted when we entered and left. Made my coffee perfectly and so quick! Love coming here whenever I’m in Atlanta. :)

Horrible service with Silva. She basically tried to charge me for something and give me a full cup of venti drink. Tried to act smart when I asked for another drink.. horrible! Never go here or to her (Silva)

Went in to pick up an order and watched an employee fix all The Mobile orders and then she and the other employee switched places as I was standing there after standing there for about 10 minutes someone else walked in, and the other employee stopped what he was doing to attend to someone that just walked in. I informed them that I had already been waiting and they just shrug me off. I would never go in the store ever again worst service ever !!!!

Bad Cappuccino and Latte. But again, I’m the one who went to Starbucks.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We originally went in to reload money on our card and order something after handing the guy 25 dollars cash and our card being reloaded we were told there was a 15 min wait for drinks so we decided to leave. Once getting to a different location we open the app and notice only 10 dollars was loaded so I called them up and spoke to the manager where without hesitation she said “oh that was a honest mistake you can come back and get the 15 dollars”. OK so now I need to drive 30 mins back to get my money that’s fine. Went back she reloaded the card and the guy was no where to be seen so I asked her what was the guys name. Her response “oh i can’t give that to you” i asked why she said to protect him and i said well u have it on your aprons and she said i could talk to the store manager which I can’t get a hold of. If you don’t want to get stolen from I would suggest not going here.

the worst service ever. i would give this place 0 stars. hire better employees. they are paid to give good customer service, and do do their tasks. y’all got someone working DOING DRINKS, we asked for the bathroom code and he said he’s not on the clock so he couldn’t give me the code… and then they proceeded to tell my mom to buy something before using the bathroom, when we clearly had 3 drinks bought…

Unhelpful. My wife asked for bathroom code while I was waiting to order, didn’t acknowledge her and just kept cleaning. And other staff kept working for few minutes before taking my order. Bad…

Wonderful customer service!! I got immediately greeted as I entered. I ordered a matcha latte with oatmilk and I didn't know it was reformulated. I asked for 2 pumps of syrup instead of the normal 3 pumps. When I received my drink, the barista asked me if it was my first time getting the matcha after the reformulation and said that if it wasn't sweet enough, he could adjust it for me which was so nice. As I left, they said goodbye. 10/10 customer service!

I love Starbucks, but I don’t recommend this store! The attendant who distributes orders through the app was extremely rude and impolite. Very disorganized and made a mess of my order.

I ordered my usual brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso nothing fancy or difficult, it tasted like oat milk and cinnamon. Nothing like what it should taste like.
