Asked the staff a friendly question about local shops and she looks at me like as if I offended her with a conversation. Very bad attitude to work in service industry.

There is something wrong with your mind is you need 30 minutes to make a dopio espresso.

Its been maybe 8 or 9 years since I've visited this location, and the service is still great and the coffee, DEEEELICIOUS!! LOL! I've always loved this location, since moving to Georgia, 15 years ago.......KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE Y'ALL!!!

Worse place ever I walked in wait for 10 minutes just to be ignored and the cashier with the red mark on her neck to walk away worse location ever

I was not too impressed with my banana nut bread. It tasted a little old or just not fresh enough, but I LOVED this location. The atmospheric temperature was perfect and the noise level was GREAT!

I’ve been driving to ATL from Augusta to volunteer for the FIFA Club World Cup. Every morning I’m in town I stop by this Starbucks and am helped by the sweetest, kindest morning crew! I’m so excited to be here participating in this event and they just celebrate with me each time! This morning they left me a sweet message on my cup. Some great humans work here and I appreciate y’all making me feel like a regular and friend!

Everyone who works here from the cashier with the glasses to the ladies in the back especially maybe Viola her name is? Not sure are super kind, friendly sweet and amazing . Loved my short experience of 2 mins here.

Worst Starbucks ever!!! So slow and understaffed. Smelled very weird as well.

Baristas were behind the bar laughing and chatting making it very warm, got greeted when we entered and left. Made my coffee perfectly and so quick! Love coming here whenever I’m in Atlanta. :)

Horrible service with Silva. She basically tried to charge me for something and give me a full cup of venti drink. Tried to act smart when I asked for another drink.. horrible! Never go here or to her (Silva)

Went in to pick up an order and watched an employee fix all The Mobile orders and then she and the other employee switched places as I was standing there after standing there for about 10 minutes someone else walked in, and the other employee stopped what he was doing to attend to someone that just walked in. I informed them that I had already been waiting and they just shrug me off. I would never go in the store ever again worst service ever !!!!

Bad Cappuccino and Latte. But again, I’m the one who went to Starbucks.
