I ordered a venti coffee ‘light on the ice’ and they gave it to me with 3/4 of the cup full of it. so I told the girl at the drive thru and instead of offering to change it she told me “that’s how it’s supposed to be” otherwise it won’t taste the same, and handed it back to me. I paid $8 for a cup of ice, basically. Customer service for dummies: the customer is always right. I hope this helps.
Also it took over 15 min to go through drive thru. Not coming back to this location

Not a fan of the new crew. Been coming here for 6 years. The new crew at the window this morning was very unfriendly and got irritated with me for their mistake. Sunday morning folks do better.

You can order drink 30 minutes upfront and you still have to wait when you come to pick it up, very slow!!!

Shorty who is Latina and making coffees i asked for a time frame and she responds i dont know we have ticket after ticket. All I requested was a time frame and I received attitude. Clearly if I was of a different skin tone I'm sure the response would have been differently. Happy mother's day to me!

People are usually amazing, and i constantly go to this starbucks since its next to work. But they NEVER give sleeves on hot drinks until you ask for it. Even if the glass is burning. Once its okay, but its been more than 10 times now and its annoying having to request it. Same with napkins. Not sure why they do it on this location.

I asked to use the restroom, and they automatically assumed I wasn’t a paying customer. I went to pay and then they told me they were closing in a few minutes, even though the store was completely full.

So today i went to starbucks for my free drink as a veteran, i get off at 7 and decided to go through the drive through and theyre closed? Most people get off at 7 so its quite frustrating that the website says they close at 930 and not 7:30

Slowly beginning to despise this location. Been frequenting here for the last four years as it's my neighborhood Starbucks. And now I'm about to just find another one. The piss poor attitudes, the lacking in competency... this new crew needs some corporate attention. Each time I come in, I order the same drink. There is no reason why it should taste different each time I visit. This tells me that everyone is not practicing recipe standards (i.e. proper measurements) and they aren't rinsing their utensils adequately. So wish the old crew was still around because they were more mature.

I ordered a grande shaken apple oat expresso. My drink had more ice than actual drink. I literally took three drinks and it was gone. I had to look at the cup to make sure I wasn't tripping. That's unacceptable.

So today I figured I’d go to Starbucks! I hadn’t been in a while and knew they had new energy drinks so I just had to try one! Got the one pictured below and uh… here’s what I got. What looks like… ice and strawberry purée? Unfortunately that’s what it tasted like that too. Picture was taken once I got back and actually had a few sips. While still in the drive thru I showed the cashier as well as the barista the picture asking “is it not pink?”. The barista insisted this is how it comes but I’m not sure why Starbucks would just lie about how their drinks look? I’m assuming they were out of the drink but wanted to make the sale and just made something up. Which is even suckier as I asked if they still had it in stock before I even paid. Either way this was $15 wasted. Well I suppose the croissant was good and the brownie was not terrible. But overall I could have gotten a Nibblerz meal at Zaxbys down the road and had $5 to spare. Instead I got this concoction! Live and learn I suppose.

Can you imagine having to wait 20 minutes for a drink to come out?
