ordered a tall chai in a grande cup . i was asked if i just wanted room , i said yes . i received my drink in a grande cup , opened it while at the window still and noticed that the cup was roughly half full . of course there will be room because this is a tall in a grande cup but there was way more room then im used to seeing. i asked Bella ( I believe her name was ) at the window for a short cup w/ extra chai and a tall cup because i wanted to see if this was a tall. Poured what was into the grande cup into the tall cup , at the window, and what I had was a tall w/ plenty of room inside a grande w/ extra room. When I got home, I filled the tall cup to where i measured my drink before w/ water and poured it into the short cup i asked for before. Could you believe that there was barely any water in the tall cup after I filled the short to the brim?
I say all this to say, I received less than the tall that I ordered, it wasn’t extra hot like I requested and I didn’t have the time to ask for a remake this morning (work).
If I were to come back or make a recommendation for someone else, I’d order inside and have some time.

This branch of Starbucks offers the worst service I’ve ever received at any Starbucks coffee shop. I waited about 10 minutes at the counter to give an order, but I was never able to give my order. I believe the four employees were filling orders that had been placed online. But, to make matters worse, another employee appeared, and he took the order from people who came in after me, even though I pointed out to him that I had arrived first. At this point, I left. If you value your time, and want to be treated with respect, I would avoid this coffee shop.

The drive-thru needs to be more clearly marked it took me driving around the block three times to find the entrance. Then it took over 4 minutes for any partner to come to the window to even greet me. And then the drink was poorly made very watered down
