I usually order a pump of mint in my water but instead of being able to get that I was told “I’m not putting up with you because I told you we don’t hand out free water” I then explained that’s just the drink I like to get and they then told me “ well you’re just not going to get it “ I love Starbucks but I’ve never had such an experience . I would’ve gladly spent my money getting something along with it had they not completely disregarded me and call me “boy” . I asked for a manager but apparently I was talking to them “photo attached “ thank you . I will not be giving them my service again

Oh my gosh the servers in here are next level. I popped in here and wanted to pick up a coffee for my cousin but I didn't know her order. I described her, and sure enough, they knew it in detail (and it was a complicated one!) Faith in baristas entirely restored.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. The staff were so friendly and professional, which made me feel welcomed. Since it was my first visit, I really appreciated the warm atmosphere, and I can’t wait to come back again and again.
I came in to pick up a mobile order I had already paid for, but when I asked to use the bathroom, the employee told me I had to make a purchase first. Apparently, spending money in advance doesn’t count at this location. Guess I should’ve waited to order so I could “qualify” for the bathroom. Makes you wonder if they even understand how their own system works.

I love everyone..in Starbucks..all of you serve are great..including a black man with curly hair..wow.he is amazing..I drink coffee every day here.he sees me and then he remembers the recipe I drink coffee.once again I thank him very much. 👍.

Something bites me and I itch almost every time I go to this Starbucks, I think they have bedbugs in there from all the dirty filthy street people they let sleep in there and use the bathroom to wash up in .... A absolutely disgusting store😡👎

Everytime I come here I have an enjoyable experience! It is the same crew in the morning almost every time and it’s nice to see a familiar face. My coffee is always delicious and I have never once had to wait for my food or drink when ordering online. Everyone is so friendly and responsive when I’ve asked for something- like a sleeve or a straw etc.
Just wanted to shout these guys and gals out for always starting my day wonderfully.
