Great service, consistently great Starbucks quality. Busy locations so recommend you order ahead for mobile pick up or shop for a book while you wait.

Hands down, the fastest I have ever received my order, let alone any order, from a Starbucks. It's like they knew I was stopping by!!!!

Do not try to work from here. It's hard to focus because they play their background music louder than they should, there aren't a lot of outlets, and there isn't a lot of seating.

Wow in a world where the bare minimum is rewarded this place was an unreal experience curated by Benji and his amazing staff. After a couple of visits they greet me by my name with a smile and ask if I want my order. I was legit shocked I was so taken back by the service they provide when it would be sooo much easier to just get my order and move on. You feel like you’re in a local coffee shop surrounded by your neighbors working to help you out. Going to leave a separate review for the other workers they’re so positive and amazing attitude but this one is to highlight Benji and the environment he’s built over there. Well done sir I will continue to go out of my way to visit this Starbucks over the other one right by my work. It’s a world of difference.

Ordered a black coffee, needed raw sugar and the container was empty. I went to the counter and took the container, asked for the sugar, the guy (brown skin, nose ring, short, slim, red beanie) looked at me and put like five packets in and walked away. LOL didn’t ask or obviously care if that was enough or to go ahead and have some for the next customer. The half and half was out too butbut oh well.
BUT… as I walk out I hear someone yelling MAAM MAAM MAAAAM another customer gets my attention and the Starbucks employee (dark skin, glasses, I think Afro) loudly says MAAM points to some trash on the counter and ask if it’s mine. WTH?!??
All before 8 a.m., not how I like to start my morning off.
I stopped patronizing a while ago and only came this time because my pickings were low but I will never return to this location again, and might have to go out of my way for another business next time I’m looking for coffee.

Whatever girl was working on november 20th around 5pm wearing the sunglasses was rude as hell. I asked for a water and she gave me an attitude for no reason … i wasnt aware of the new water policy but that doesn’t mean you have to be so rude about it… i wouldve just walked away if my stuff wasnt sitting at a table like what negative energy for no reason

I had a very disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. On multiple visits, I’ve been met with rude attitudes and a complete lack of basic customer courtesy—no greeting, no acknowledgment, and a dismissive tone when taking my order. What makes it even more upsetting is that I felt I was treated differently. Experiencing this kind of behavior is deeply hurtful and unacceptable in any setting, especially from a company that claims to value inclusion and respect.
I truly hope Starbucks takes this feedback seriously and provides better training to ensure all customers are treated with kindness, professionalism, and equality. I will not be returning to this location.
I've been coming here since it opened. We are so thankful after losing Oxford. Cup and Chaucer days come back to us.

This location is one of the worst when it comes to drive through time. I went today at 2:40, and fortunately wasn’t in a rush because it took 28 minutes for me to get through the line. I believe there was 4 cars in front of me before the order box. When I finally got to the window to pick up my drink it was supposed to be iced and it was hot…. I didn’t even change it because I refused to wait any longer. I don’t know if this is due to high volume of mobile orders or what but this is the second time I’ve experienced this here and I won’t ever use this drive through again. I will say, the people who work here are always pleasant and friendly so no knock to them and their service just a knock to the service times specifically.

Rude staff, nothing else to say, if you don't want to work and answer customer's questions with the basic decency just quit(?) No one is forcing you to stay lol

In a time where people are too rushed to even say hi when ordering… this place is always a breath of fresh air! Every time I walk I’m greeted by name as if I was a friend… and at this point, I feel like I am! (and I’m not alone in that) Think Trader Joe’s friendliness meets old money Buckhead with a splash of Atlanta culture. This place truly is the highlight to my day! Let’s all get off of our phones, look up long enough to make connection, and live peaceably together. Thank you guys for leading the way in that! (oh yeah… the coffee is great too!) :)
