Barista didn’t put the top on my coffee so it’s all in my car entertainment system. I’m hoping there’s no damage, Coffee was also made horribly. I get mine with heavy cream, but the entire coffee was heavy cream with barely any coffee. Will not be back to this location and probably done w Starbucks in general.

I'm genuinely disappointed by your recent decision to stop providing free water unless customers make a purchase. As someone who's spent a lot of money at Starbucks over the years, it feels incredibly money-hungry and unfair that I can't even get a simple cup of water on days when I don't want coffee. On top of that, this particular location consistently fails to offer warm, friendly customer service and doesn't feel welcoming to everyone.

This is my local and go-to Starbucks. BEST STARBUCKS IN GA, better than the airport. Target Starbucks in south buckhead is 2nd best.
I love working from here. I love the service of the staff and quality of drink making. Once I got too little brown sugar syrup but then mentioned I didn’t want too much sugar or calories and a barista kindly suggested a new flavor of sugar free syrup. She gave me this for free.
They have brought back condiments and a caffe vibe! The baristas here really deserve the money they make given the effort they put in. It seems that they truly value that prices have gone up and the revenue consumers contribute is valued by them and they return amazing service!

Ordered a brown sugar oatmilk cortado, got the regular cortado. Went inside for the correct drink and was given cortada and boat ton of cinnamon with no brown sugar. Like what is this????? So much cinnamon, i found clumps of it inside the drink. The breakfast was cold and the drink was rubbish. I have had this drink multiple times, this is not how it’s made.

LONG BLONDE HAIR IN MY DRINK! I ordered my usual coffee in the drive through and after tasting it I noticed they made it wrong. I went inside to have it remade and I was given so much attitude which is the usual at this location. I take my drink home and after a couple sips I notice a long piece of hair is in my drink. DISGUSTED ISN'T EVEN THE WORD!

Went in to buy $400 worth of gift cards for employees. They told me they are out of envelopes for the cards. At Christmas, busiest time for gift cards, and they are out. Lost out on $400 sale. Not very bright.

I attended this Starbucks during the time Starbucks at the Peach was closed for renovation. Everyone was so nice and the customer service is top notch! I was very impressed with the employees at this location. 😊

Ordered two drinks from inside. The cashier had to cancel the order twice and redo it and then it took almost twenty minute to get them and one drink was not the correct size. What a mess.
