I think this location would thrive a bit better if they had more inventory. It’s in an extremely busy location.

Consistently the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Worked for Starbucks for 8 years so I understand how busy the baristas are but making the cafe customers wait for 15 minutes for a sandwich that is still frozen in the middle is absurd.

The workers are kids, at least they act like it. 8 people standing in front of me for 5 minutes and nobody actual doing anything as the line behind me grows by the second. Bathrooms only for the workers. ---Terrible look for Starbucks Brand.

Beware of the booting.
'Advanced Booting Service' company will watch you if you away from the facility. Does not matter if you used the starbucks or not. They will watch you and boot your car. 75 bucks to remove. Smallest warning signs and some parking lot does not even have the signs.
Understandable you want to keep the parking free of other customers but atleast have some signs on parking lots away from the fence. The guy claimes there is a sign on the entrance but who reads all the signs turning into from the road?
Have a decency to come and let the policy known when someone walks away. Some people may not even be aware of the policy for the starbucks parking lot. booting company out there hunting for y'alls money.

Messed up and ordered on my mobile phone from another location. Got here and they're almost closing but what an awesome crew. They went ahead and made my drink and I appreciate that very much.

I asked them to add caramel to the top of my drinks. The drinks usually come that way. They asked me to pull up for God knows what; brought the drinks to the car with caramel dripping down the sides and no napkins. I asked for napkins the young man had them balled up in his hand.

I absolutely loved Justice and his attitude. Give that man a raise!!!! His customer service early in the morning was top tier!!! He’s one of a kind out here!!
