manger is super weird ! I had a $100 bill and she denied service to me after I was waiting mad long due to technical difficulties… mind you it’s 7am and I’m late to work with no medicine ball

waited in Atlanta’s traffic to get here & they gave me iced milk, forgot to add the espresso! I called & they can’t do refund over the phone … just here to vent because I am so upset & sleepy!!

I keep trying this Starbucks because it’s the closest to home but every time the service is so rude and my drink tastes like a kids box of milk. I’ve been getting the same Starbucks drink for years and only at this location do I leave with 3/4 milk in the cup… Today I finally decided to pull back around the drive thru. I told the barista I hate to do this but there is just a lot of milk in my drink and hardly any coffee and she said “what do you want more ice or something?” I said well no it just usually doesn’t have this much milk and she said “well we could add another shot of espresso in there but we’d have to charge you for that.” I just said ok never mind it’s fine and she asked if I was sure???? I wouldn’t have pulled back around and waited to get more ice or to be charged again for my drink that was made wrong the first time. I wish I took a picture of my drink before I mixed it up but I was trying to give the barista the benefit of the doubt and try it first before I said something. I hate to leave a bad review because I know it’s not every worker there but it has been this way every time!

Had a great experience with Desmond. He was Professional polite etc made sure my drinks were bagged up etc.

However, the circled barista was extremely rude. I placed an order for $70 worth of drinks, and apparently per the circled bartista I didn’t tip enough?? He complained about me while I was sitting there to the other bartistas as if I wasn’t a few feet away and loud enough so I can hear him while giving dirty looks. Extremely entitled and disrespectful and it gave Karen/tom entitled behavior. Desmond was great tho

I ordered the caramel ribbon frappuccino Through the mobile app while I was parked in the parking lot.But when I went through the drive through they didn't have tat order.Somehow there'd been a malfunction and my order was sent to a location that I was not near. Despite this issue, this location provided great service and and made my drink anyway. It was my first time visiting this location and they definitely left me impressed.

Starbucks products are very good. It has always been pricey, however, the prices have increased more. I don't know if it is worth the cost.

I walk in. Drive thru has one car. Two employees are cleaning… and tells me to wait while they put all their supplies back… wipe down the coffee machine… I left. Because as someone who works in service.. unless you are caring for another guest.. what sense does it make to make someone wait.. and you’re not busy. You’re choosing to do everything but come and take my order.

How is it that service is so slow on a sunday when there are only two customers inside the building and then the food is literally not what it used to be.

I went through the drive-through this morning and when I tried to put my card in the machine the barista kept moving the machine away from my card and pointing to the tip buttons. I always tip at Starbucks but I've never had an employee do that. It was weird and a bit tacky. Somebody needs to explain that the customer can tip before or after the card goes in and it's much better service to let the customer add a tip voluntarily.

This Starbucks is consistently slow. They also close their cafe with no notice while the drive through remains open and then won’t allow you to order.
