I live in this area so I am here 5days a week. The service has went down over the years. If I have time is go to Starbucks on Ponce. This locations the service is MID two seconds from horrible. You have to have time to go inside to make sure they get your order right. Double toasting bread seem to be rocket science for SOME OF THE STAFF and it irritating. I literally ask for a double warm cheese danish just to be handed a cold danish. Like what is the problem

The drivethru line always has a long wait here compared to any other starbucks i have been too
I have been going here for a while and usually donât have bad service until recently. I have been getting a lot of attitude for things that are not my fault and wouldnât remake my order.
The worse Starbucks in Atlanta you canât get help from any of the workers

Horrible service at this location. The server couldn't even give creamer/milk on the side for the tea and kept saying policy has changed and that only they can pour it. And finally ended up messing up my tea. Never experienced this kinda service at any Starbucks.

I come here frequently because it is so close to my home, but I am finally giving up. 9/10 times my drink is made wrong and remakes are never any better. Half the time they forget the flavoring and I just get coffee flavored milk. Most frustratingly, every single Sunday this store shows as being out of every single flavoring and almost every single drink on the app, but if you drive up there and order they have everything available. So, on Sundays, you can't order ahead.
I tried to go through the drive through around 1pm today and the wait was long. Once I got to the speaker to order I was informed of a wait depending on what I wanted due to short staffing. I asked how long based on me wanting several microwaveable goods. The girl on the speaker began to get rude with me and say that she could not provide a wait time due to be long short staffed. She then told me I could get out of line if I didnât want to order. Wonât be going back and I am wondering why I even tried to order coffee and food from the worlds largest bank anyway.

The baristaâs move slow in here. My friend ordered coffee and she said the nitro brew tasted like mold. So donât know if there dispensers are clean or if they have been serviced recently.

This location is so slow. I came inside at 12:30 today there was one other person before me & maybe a couple cars in the drive through. It took 10 minutes for me to get my one drink. They normally have so many baristas behind the counter just standing around idky this always happens. Also the baristas are rude

waited in Atlantaâs traffic to get here & they gave me iced milk, forgot to add the espresso! I called & they canât do refund over the phone ⊠just here to vent because I am so upset & sleepy!!

I keep trying this Starbucks because itâs the closest to home but every time the service is so rude and my drink tastes like a kids box of milk. Iâve been getting the same Starbucks drink for years and only at this location do I leave with 3/4 milk in the cup⊠Today I finally decided to pull back around the drive thru. I told the barista I hate to do this but there is just a lot of milk in my drink and hardly any coffee and she said âwhat do you want more ice or something?â I said well no it just usually doesnât have this much milk and she said âwell we could add another shot of espresso in there but weâd have to charge you for that.â I just said ok never mind itâs fine and she asked if I was sure???? I wouldnât have pulled back around and waited to get more ice or to be charged again for my drink that was made wrong the first time. I wish I took a picture of my drink before I mixed it up but I was trying to give the barista the benefit of the doubt and try it first before I said something. I hate to leave a bad review because I know itâs not every worker there but it has been this way every time!
