To many young people working who know little about customer service & rude I ordered a coffee with almond milk they put regular in it which made me sick I returned it and the young with the hat on and dreads thought it was funny actually started laughing when I told them I think the Manager name is Nada Mam please teach your employees about customer service

Told her I wanted a sweet coffee and to just make me something. She did perfect! White mocha with caramel syrup and 6 pumps of moca (5 would have been fine too, I think). Great job!

This is probably the worst Starbucks in ATL. They are rude in the drive thru, and take 30 minutes to make mobile orders. I don’t recommend, there are much better Starbucks in the area.

Thank you to the team that was working this morning (12/13). I had just left a vet appointment with my very sick dog and randomly began to cry in the middle of my order and they acknowledged that and went above and beyond to be patient and empathetic with me. It was so sweet and meant the world to me. These are the kind of people that make a difference. I have been to this location prior and the service and quality and is always good!

I never really leave reviews but this has to be the worst starbucks in the city of atl. The people on the mic are always rude. The wait for a drink is absolutely super duper long. To top it off they are always out of stuff. Let’s not forget they always mess up my drink order. Sorry this location needs lots of help!!!

This ppl that work here are nuts and crazy and I will not let this issue go. I walked in the store because the mobile app wasn’t showing available. When I walk in I ask the associate what coffee is available but instead she was getting rude. I paused and then I just left because she was having a bad day. Instead when I walked out she said , as I was leaving, I was just trying to help Ty out a$$ out? So of course I turned around because now because who does that as an employee with any company ESPECIALLY on there clock and time. So yes, I did let her know she can’t talk to me like that instead the whole store ganged up on me. Y’all better get this location in check because I don’t think they realize I will never let this go. And I worked in a job like this before so I know the store manager and herself will make up a lie. I will not live this down and I will tell everyone l never to come to Starbucks again. I am so disappointed at this! This is horrible. Fix this store Starbucks. I HAVE NEVER BEEN MORE EMBARRASSED AND THREATENED LIKE THIS EVER I WANT SOMEONE TO REACHOUT NOW. I am never gonna be disrespected like this Inversión a 4 dollar cup of coffee--- "ALMOST A WEEK LATER AND STILL NO ONE HAS REACHED OUT... 30+wait for mobile order, the app says 10-15. People working there don’t care and are moving at snails pace.I should also mention my mobile order is just ICE COFEE WITH MILK.Nothing fancy yet it takes over 30 mins to make.?Do better starbucks.

Gossip and Grigio

Lisa was so nice and had a great attitude. I work nights and feel bad going in to a store before it closes but I need my caffeine fix! It didn’t bother her at all and I could tell she was busy but treated me and the customers in the drive through with kindness.

I really don't know what the issue with the staff there but they were so grumpy. I paid with cash and tried to give her exact change (it was a quarter) and she wouldn't take my change at all and completely ignored me when I mentioned she had left it in my hand. I would have paid with card if I knew it would have been such a problem. Also-they didn't fill up my cup all the way.
