This is a busy, yet well organized Starbucks. Ran by an extremely diligent, nice, and awesome owner/manager in Diana. Soon as you walk in she greets every customer with a smile and a nice welcome. Even when mistakes arose, she was there to assist. Leaving she left you remembering her smile and hospitality.
Her staff goes even a step further. Offering sampled items, custom items, and around the clock service. I recommend this Starbucks to stop by and grab a bite or even complete some work. Well worth it.

As an up-and-coming fashion model constantly on the go, I’ve been to more coffee shops than casting calls lately—and let me just say, the Starbucks on Howell Mill gets it right, especially thanks to Desmond.
I walked in after a long day of fittings and photoshoots, fully expecting the usual rushed, half-hearted service. Instead, Desmond greeted me with the kind of energy that instantly shifted my mood. Not only did he get my order spot-on (oat milk matcha, extra frothy—model fuel), but he also served up a quick convo that was genuine and refreshingly down-to-earth.
Desmond has that rare combo of calm confidence and care that makes you feel seen—even if you’re just in athleisure and sunglasses, dodging paparazzi (okay, maybe just ATL traffic).
If Starbucks had a runway, Desmond would own it. Keep shining, king.

This is the best Starbucks location on the planet! The opening manager and her staff are just phenomenal humans. People don't realize the power of great customer service but these employees absolutely do! Being met every morning with smiles, jokes and a generally uplifting atmosphere can set the trajectory of a person's day. When I go in this Starbucks I know I'm always getting a perfectly prepared coffee and top notch customer service. Thank you so much to the Starbucks - Howell Mill team, yall are truly the best!
After having a drink order from this location I suffered from gastrointestinal problems which I never have. Not sure if the drink was tainted purposely or not but either way I would suggest FBAs stay away.

omg the girl that made my iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso at 6:25pm on sat, oct. 19 2024 for jasmine literally PERFECTED the ratio… perfect balance of milk and espresso this is the most amazing way i’ve ever tasted this drink (literally been my go-to for the past two years) flavor and color was immaculate i just drank it all in like three minutes so thank u for ur service n i will be back <3!!

I have been coming to this starbucks awhile and the service is hit or miss, the food usually undercooked and the drink orders often wrong, but this last visit was the last straw. They served a breakfast sandwich that was still FROZEN. They weren’t apologetic and didn’t offer a refund. I came back in and they recooked the sandwich and it was STILL undercooked and disgusting. I had to fight for a refund and they would only give me a credit for the exact amount of the sandwich, even though I spent 45 mins of driving and waiting just for the nasty sandwich. Im done with this team.
