Bathroom policy is frustrating because I love coming here although I lived pretty far away around Northside. Today was my third time visiting this place since the Starbucks near my town was crowded and came to stop by. I have recent transaction that I can provide to that I purchase a Starbucks drink at different store but staff won’t share RR code simply because I didn’t purchase an at this specific place. I’m a huge fan of Starbucks and been to lot of places that welcomed customers without this policy. I respect the policy but customers requiring to purchase just to use a restroom is disappointing. RR wasn’t that clean either. I read the similar reviews for this place and definitely understand the disappointment that other people feel. It’s like they don’t really care even if ur a regular customers of the store. I won’t be coming to this place anymore.

Don’t go here if you need to use the bathroom before you order because they won’t give you the code until you order!!! You uncomfortably wait in line until after you order before you can use their bathroom.

This is a two level coffee house. I was in a rush so did not get a chance to take in surroundings but staff was very friendly and helpful. Ordered bagels, coffee box, custom bevs and a variety of pastries. I tried the pistachio cold brew and liked it, I was disappointed that the banana nut bread wasn’t as good as I thought it should be. Not sweet enough for me but great for someone who doesn’t have a sweet tooth. The chocolate pastry, cheese danish and blueberry muffin was claimed. Lonely banana nut bread just stayed in bag until soaked with oil (just kidding!).

I’ve had the pleasure of coming to this Starbucks every weekday before work for the past four years. As I move out of the city, one of the things I’ll miss most is this amazing team and their incredible service. Whenever a mistake happens, they always make it right. The staff is consistently friendly, and the drinks are always great. Also, they have a nugget ice maker which takes the experience to another level. Diana and the team are truly wonderful, and I’m going to miss seeing their friendly faces every day!

I would avoid this location. I ordered a matcha with cold foam, which is an extra $1.25. They put a small dollop of foam at the top. If I’m paying extra I expect more than a splash of cold foam. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

Ordered a Frappuccino that included mocha syrup, but it was watery. I was told by one of the baristas that it depends on who makes it. This is too expensive for this. And the guy who made my drink was nonchalant. And having to purchase an order before receiving a code to go to the restroom is ridiculous and insulting!!!!

They put a combination lock on the restroom door and will only let you use it after you buy something each time. Extremely tacky, especially when you have a 7 year old with you

I frequent Starbucks as a rideshare and Amazon Flex driver. This location is always fast, gets the order correct and the staff knows me by name.
It's such a great atmosphere to start the day or for a mid-morning pick.
Diana is always full of energy and has a great smile.

Oh, let me mention the store. Always clean and organized. Right next to busy Interstate 75 and Howell Mill, it's definitely busy. The staff keeps it clean and straight.

As stated earlier, Diana is always up beat, always has a smile and the staff seem to take their cue from her. They are exactly the same pleasant characteristics.

this has been my designated Starbucks for the two years that I have lived in the West Midtown area. Today was horrible after a 2 mile walk me and my sister wanted to come get some refreshers our Barista TESSA was so rude We asked for the bathroom cause she said you have to buy something first as my sister is moving side to side I said OK I will just buy a cake pop really quick to get the code. She took three minutes to scrimmage around to tell me that she didn’t have any. When I literally just needed a code to the bathroom, I don’t even want the Cake pop she then proceeded to be aggressive This all know it was a horrible experience will not be back , he also didn’t leave a note on the cup

Starbucks aren't comfortable these days unfortunately, but this one in particular doesn't have the best parking or service and the food is really not very good compared to other spots.
