This is my second time at this location. I asked for a honey citrus mint tea and a danish. The danish was given to me and then I just sat there. After a couple of minutes I was asked did I get my full order in which I stated no. I finally get the tea just to get all the way home and it was not what I asked for unfortunately. I would never choose chamomile mint blossom tea and never in the middle of the day. I understand it gets busy but please be a bit more cautious. Thank you

After checking the store hours first, I arrived 9.22.2025 at 8p to grab a drink and the announcement at the drive-thru said the store was currently closed. No explanation for understanding as to ehy was given by those present and clearly working. Nothing like wasting time and gas to only be disappointed.

I was in the area for an appt and decided to stop here to log into a few work meetings. I loved the layout of this location. I really wish I had a Starbucks that was set up like this one, in my area. I loved the upstairs floor. It was really good for getting work done or if you needed to meet with a friend.

A wonderful coffee location, right off of Roswell Road and 285. Highly functional parking lot with multiple restaurants inside the same complex. Functional drive-through and outdoor seating. They also have a loft with upstairs seating. 🇺🇸🥇💯👏🏽🐺
Rudest Starbucks in Sandy springs. They always seem annoyed you are there.

Really frustrating to order one thing and get something else. I ordered a pumpkin loaf (which has no dairy) but got a banana walnut bread (made with butter). I have a dairy allergy and I am glad I noticed before taking a bite. They also left out my siracha I ordered with my spicy falafel pocket. I can’t fix it because I had to get back to work and didn’t open it til at my desk :( there’s other great locations nearby so I’ll just avoid this one in the future.

Will never come to this location again ordered a breakfast wrap and asked for 3 truffle sauces the lady at the windows said she could only give me one which is ridiculous for this huge wrap and refused to give me anymore even when I offered to pay for them just rude and unnecessary will never come again!!
