Crazy busy even going to the noon hour midweek - hard to mess up a chai latte but mine was not great - perhaps because this location needs MORE strong baristas- HIGH TRAFFIC area - I went inside to avoid the wrap around drive thru and it still took 45 mins for a single latte to go đ„ș donât recommend this location if youâre time constrained

I walked into the establishment for my mobile pick up and wasn't greeted by any of the staff. Shortly later another costumer walked in and was immediately greeted. I also wasn't told to have a good day nor thank you when my name was called but yet another costumer walked in for her mobile picked up and was told to have a good day. I go to Starbucks all of the time! I am new to the state so this is my closest Starbucks. I guess I can always go to a store where I feel appreciated as a costumer.

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a chai latte, picked it up, and drove 20 minutes home only to realize I was given essentially oat milk and waterâno chai at all. I then drove 20 minutes back to the store.
Mistakes happen, but what made this experience upsetting was how it was handled. The employee and manager were both dismissive and unapologetic. When I asked if there was anything complimentary they could offer for the inconvenience, I was told, without eye contact or sincerity, that they could only remake the drink.
The part that hurt the most wasnât the drink error, but the lack of care and basic courtesy. Customer service matters, especially when someone goes out of their way to fix a mistake that wasnât theirs

Very noisy and the music was up loud. Several study groups were in session. No tables were available. The long table had 2 homeless people using the entire table. They were eating chipotle and one Starbucks water. The lady was rude making it so I would leave. Starbucks has gone down hill at this location.

Drinks take too long please hire more staff. Also my 1/4â light milk was in a Venti cup so I could barely taste the coffee there was so much added but drink took 20 min and didnât have time to wait another 20 for min for them to correct it. I will not be back to this location. If you have a lot of time on your hands you can go here.

Good service 99% of the time except dragging (chairs) loud noise for cleaning, even not nearing the closing time, an hour or a bit earlier than that, and went on for up to 10-15 mins. (A kick out sign--of doing this--at 30 mins prior is understandable, or let guests know verbally up to 15 mins prior is more polite/respectful, please)

This is my second time at this location. I asked for a honey citrus mint tea and a danish. The danish was given to me and then I just sat there. After a couple of minutes I was asked did I get my full order in which I stated no. I finally get the tea just to get all the way home and it was not what I asked for unfortunately. I would never choose chamomile mint blossom tea and never in the middle of the day. I understand it gets busy but please be a bit more cautious. Thank you
