Very noisy and the music was up loud. Several study groups were in session. No tables were available. The long table had 2 homeless people using the entire table. They were eating chipotle and one Starbucks water. The lady was rude making it so I would leave. Starbucks has gone down hill at this location.
Drinks take too long please hire more staff. Also my 1/4” light milk was in a Venti cup so I could barely taste the coffee there was so much added but drink took 20 min and didn’t have time to wait another 20 for min for them to correct it. I will not be back to this location. If you have a lot of time on your hands you can go here.
Good service 99% of the time except dragging (chairs) loud noise for cleaning, even not nearing the closing time, an hour or a bit earlier than that, and went on for up to 10-15 mins. (A kick out sign--of doing this--at 30 mins prior is understandable, or let guests know verbally up to 15 mins prior is more polite/respectful, please)
