This is my first time visiting a sad and dirty Starbucks. There were only three people in the drive- thru, and we went inside to wait patiently. The two employees never looked up when we entered and appeared to be absolutely miserable. We didn’t mind waiting, but the vibe was just sad. I purchased a bag of coffee and two venti sized drinks. The restaurant was empty and filthy inside and outside. Gross! The drinks tasted fine. Check out how gross the condiments are kept.

This is my local Starbucks and let me tell youuuu NO other location compares!!! The staff is amazing and they always all take the extra second to make my drink look perfect. So skimping on any coffee, cold foam, anything!! I love my local Starbucks so bad. Whenever I go to another location in the ATL area , it never matches what this location does! Thanks y’all 💜💜

I’ve never seen a Starbucks like this!
Despite how small the place was, the people who worked here had a big personality.
I ordered the caramel crunch frappe as well as the dragon lemonade refresher. Both were so delicious.
Curious on the bags of coffee they had and where it came from. One of the managers had helped me and answered my questions!
As I was about to leave, the workers also gave me free samples of white mocha sips they had.
Really pleased on my experience at this tiny but wonder Starbucks.

One of my Favorite SBs ! TYLY!
The staff is always so friendly.
I went through the drive-thru and we were the only car there at the time. I ordered a pink drink but had to repeat myself three times at the speaker box. When we pulled up to the window, we were greeted by a partner who immediately asked, in a rude tone, what we were waiting on. We explained it was the pink drink, and they said it was still being made.
About three minutes passed and we hadn’t even been asked to pay yet—then we were suddenly handed the drink without any mention of payment. When the partner asked again what we were waiting for, we said we still needed to pay. I mentioned I was a partner and gave my partner number, but had to repeat it multiple times because the partner kept responding with “huh?” and wasn’t able to enter it correctly, even though I said it slowly and clearly in pairs.
Eventually, they entered it correctly but said “it didn’t work” and asked to scan my barcode. I explained my mobile app doesn’t work, but they scanned it anyway and still charged me full price, even after I clearly explained I’m a partner.
The drink itself tasted great—but the service was frustrating and disappointing. It seems like the team at this store isn’t properly trained on drive-thru operations or how to communicate respectfully with customers.
Bella and Brian gave me a fantastic experience. I love my city because of people like them. Thank you so much
I pulled up to the drive-thru during posted business hours. I sat at the speaker in the rain with my window down, waiting for someone to take my order—nothing. I said something several times asking if anybody could hear me through the speaker. No greeting, no sign of life. After waiting several minutes, I drove up to the window, thinking maybe the intercom was broken, only to find… still nobody. The lights were all on, and I could see the computer system by the drive thru window was up and running. If the store was closed, there were no signs indicating that, and it was frustrating to waste time like that. Other cars were also continuing to pull into the drive thru and attempting to place orders as well. At the very least, update the hours or put up a notice so people aren’t sitting in the drive thru wondering what’s going on.
Disgusting place. Do not eat here. They will deliver your food with no top over the cup no bag and the person has her finger over the hole of the cup. Staff was very rude.

Useless location - they have removed all tables and chairs. Difficult to get in and out of, so useless as a drive-thru location. Avoid this place.
Went in early in the morning and was greeted by polite and respectful staff.

Everytime I go to this Starbucks, I have a lovely experience. There was a blonde gal with a snake tattoo who kindly answered all my questions. She was so helpful and patient That’s been my experience every time I go through the drive thru. 💖

I ordered a hot black tea with cream and sugar. They bring me an iced tea. Which the barista thought I said ice. Which is cool, we all make mistakes. So I repeated my order again. Then they brought me a coffee.
It's a good thing I sipped it before I left. Therefore, I went back through the line and told her what had happened. She went back and bring me a hot tea with no cream and sugar and slam the window closed after tipping her. I was not rude or disrespectful. I just wanted my drink that I paid for.
