I went through the drive-thru and we were the only car there at the time. I ordered a pink drink but had to repeat myself three times at the speaker box. When we pulled up to the window, we were greeted by a partner who immediately asked, in a rude tone, what we were waiting on. We explained it was the pink drink, and they said it was still being made.

About three minutes passed and we hadn’t even been asked to pay yet—then we were suddenly handed the drink...

Everytime I go to this Starbucks, I have a lovely experience. There was a blonde gal with a snake tattoo who kindly answered all my questions. She was so helpful and patient That’s been my experience every time I go through the drive thru. 💖

Annoying they retracted chairs bc some sat too long.Managers need to have the skill of hard talks, asking campers to move locations.I like the windows here and really wanted to sit, enjoy a delicious latte, and feel the flow of traffic and people for a while as the caffeine begins operating within my slowly-warming system...
