Nice Starbucks and decent amount of space, but you do need to be hospital staff or a visitor to use it. Personal orders by the general public aren’t usually allowed. I didn’t know, made a mobile order, and stopped on a morning walk in the neighborhood. I had to explain my situation (I had my dog with me too) to get in the entry and be allowed past the front desk of the hospital. I’ve no complaints about that, but it isn’t clear in the Google Map or the Starbucks app.

I often complain about the fact that Atlanta doesn't have enough community-building local coffeeshops, and usually blame Starbucks as the culprit (it out-competes them). However, some Starbucks do still provide a valuable service, such as this one:
This is really a great Starbucks -- big square room, nice tables to sit at and browse the web, comfortable wooden chairs, the right level of light and noise (not too quiet, not too loud). The coffee is good (better than Jittery Joes, which is unfortunate, given that JJs is "local"), and the food is good.
And the service is truly excellent, and the workers are very friendly and know me by name.

Need to update their google maps. It closes at 7:30.. drove all the way here because the map says 9PM. Wasted time & gas.
They wouldn't use a different tea bag for one of my teas. This has never been a problem before at other Starbucks and it's not more work for them. The guy just refused to do it and while I didn't protest one bit, he was still so rude to me.A Starbucks in a hospital should have more compassionate staff, I couldn't imagine if my loved one were having a more dangerous surgery.

Amazing customer service… I accidentally forgot to say decaf when ordering and I realized after I got the drink. Adonis took care of the problem right away and was so kind and understanding of my accident. This is my neighborhood Starbucks and they really know how to take care of customers.
Thank you David for your exemplary customer service! David is great with customers and always has a positive attitude. Thank you for all you do!

It’s a Starbucks inside of the hospital near the surgery room. I found this to be very convenient as an alternative to walking to the other side of the hospital to get to the food court. The cashier was very friendly and we shared a laugh about or names being similar to popular food brands like Reese’s and Mountain Dew. The service was fast and it was clean. I didn’t feel like I was in a hospital at all for the time I was in there. They also had seating. I ordered the Bacon and Gruyère Egg Bites and they good as usual.
Food was ok but Service was horrible! Black lady manager just terrible attitude. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. I recommend going to another Starbucks.

This is the slowest Starbucks drive thru known to mankind. Don’t come here unless you have 20 minutes in the morning to wait (not to mention the cars backed up for 50 yards down Peachtree waiting to turn in). I came on the morning of 07/25 and waited 25 minutes in the drive thru for a standard coffee and bakery item.

This isn’t a bad Starbucks. I come here often as it is right across the street from where I work. I do feel like they are out of things I want maybe a little to often and are occasionally a little slow. I do enjoy sitting out on their patio on a nice day when I need to get work done. I would rate this location more like a 3.5 stars.
