Listed is open until eight but they close at 7:30 out of options on the menu but still charged and then said they couldn’t refund even though it said the order was ready on the app. Don’t waste your time here.

Wednesday Nov 27th, not sure the two girls names but came to get some coffee and the service was awful. The girls working right now were so RUDE! Served us cold coffee and when we asked for creamer they said rudely they haven't put creamer out in over 4 years which how would we know bc we are not from this area and all other Starbucks usually keeps a creamer and sugar bar station.
Will not be going back to this location because of them and definitely not recommending to anyone bc of their rudeness. They acted like asking for our coffee was such a problem. One of the worst Starbucks I've ever been too bc of their attitudes.

I’m here everyday I work in the neighborhood and I have seen it all people are not kind or appreciate service workers but they know me my drink and always has convo for me when I walk up can’t wait until football season that is always a time. Love that crew❤️❤️❤️

Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had. I live in the neighborhood and this is my daily coffee spot and not only because the coffee is great but because of the employees that work there. They are friendly, outgoing, and welcoming every time a customer walks in. They go above and beyond and should be commended by corporate. Kohema, might be the greatest manager Starbucks has across all locations! Highly recommend going here and enjoying the conversations and company you most certainly will experience.

I never got my order. I did a pickup order and went to the pickup window outside with my dog. We waited a little while which was fine because I could see it's a little busy inside.
A lady finally comes to the window. She immediately comes at me with an attitude, and starts berating me for trying to use the pickup window when they are so busy inside. Then she says the pick up window has been closed since 2019 anyway. There is NO SIGN in front of the pickup window saying it's closed. Y'all should make one.
I understand they are busy and frustrated and probably not paid enough, but don't be rude to customers for something that isn't even their fault. She wasted more time berating me than she would've getting my already completed order from the counter, turning around, and then handing it to me.
I go to this location all the time. This is the first time I've experienced something like this and was so taken aback by the hostility. I will not be coming back.

Everytime I visit this location there is some type of issue. I have a dog so I use the window that’s provided but the service declines when I do. They take all orders inside and don’t pay attention to the outside line. Very rude

I have over the past 6mths visited small businesses over Starbucks. Today I decided out of lack of time to run in with a coworker to grab breakfast. Huge mistake. Do not go to the one on Ponce de Leon. We ordered and waited almost 7 min on food. We ordered a croissant sandwich and egg bites. Two of the workers were busy. The girl who I guess had a station (mobile and cold drinks) to manage but didn’t take the initiative to help in the cooking of the orders decided to restock her station. My coworker asked how much longer. She said soon and only then decided to help at that station as the guy was busy on the register. My coworker asked him to forget the food and give his money back as by that time it was 10 min. We understand when places are busy but when someone lacks being able to help team members out unless told and with attitude, that’s a problem. There was a couple in front me who were still waiting.

The service here is terrible. I’ve given this location multiple chances and have officially given up on coming back here. It’s unfortunate because they have a good location.

Asked for light ice, no water because I didn’t want to pay $4.50 for colored water. Instead was charged $1 more and cup only 3/4 full. Wouldn’t add a little more ice. I have spent thousands of dollars at Starbucks. No more. Do yourself a favor and go to Dancing Goats or a locally owned coffee shop
