they don't accept cash is what they told me, then they said they dont have enough change to give me back... which is it do you accept cash or not. how does an American company not accept American cash!!!! cash is legal tender!so i offered to give them $1 less than my total and they didnt want to take my order, but they wanted me to give them $1 more and not give me my change... a multi million dollar corporation was not fine with me under changing them for a inconvenience they have but was totally fine with me paying more than my total & not giving me my change back‼️‼️????

I have to come to this Starbucks since is the closest to my daughters daycare. I had been coming over a month and usually their staff are not that friendly which is ok but today one of them was very rude. She didn’t even look at me on the line and jump to the person behind me and took their order first when I say something to her she ignore me and continuo with the other person order. She didn’t even apologize. I understand not everybody is friendly and kind but I don’t go well with rude .

I just had a poor experience here. The baristas taking orders are friendly, but the lady making the drinks was rude. They keyed in my order wrong and I politely asked if she would remake it. She proceeded to remake the drink without acknowledging me and dumped out half of it before serving to me (it was a shaken espresso so she was shaking it in the cup). Such a strange experience. I ended up having to reorder a whole new drink. Will be avoiding this location moving forward and go to Phipps instead. They also don't have mobile ordering which would have absolved my issue entirely.
