I now understand why the ratings for this one is SO low. Waited for almost 5 minutes before even being greeted or acknowleged by the young man working tonight...while he was cleaning up/fixing another order. The Matcha Green Tea I ordered was bitter, with clumps of matcha powder...so it was not even prepared evenly or correctly. NOT a decent representation of the company or brand AT ALL!! Do Better!! Damn!!

They run out of ice everytime it’s close to 7 and wnat to fill your cup up under half full because their out of ice and have all the ingredients in cups with no lids so they can hurry and clean and go home. It’s not fair it was 6:20

I went twice this week and I had the same cashier who just seemed annoyed to take my order. She was clearly unhappy to be there. Not helpful and clearly lacked any customer service skills. Please retrain your employees.

Didn’t get to order a coffee. The young lady told me her name was Denasia, she had long braids and braces. It’s 7:46pm. The girl said they were out because she wasn’t going to make coffee because they are about to close. Why be open if your not going to serve what’s on the menu because your about to close. First it took the girl about 3 minutes to come from the back. The workers here seem annoyed when people order. I’ll definitely be leaving a review every time I come to the Is Starbucks because we need better service at this neighborhood Starbucks

I ordered a single bagel with butter from home and the notification state will be ready around 9-12 minutes at 7:03am. I got to the store to pick bagel it was not ready. I asked one of the employees for my order she search the tickets by drive thru printer and by oven printer. Ticket was still laying there and everyone started roaming around the oven operator which seemed new but still not helping him/her. I was upset as I heard one of the young lady pointed out my ticket but nobody came over to say anything to me. I was in the store up to 7:15 am and still didn't get my bagel. I left and ended up being late for work. Poorest customer service ever.

The gentleman with the long locs attitude is terrible. Very much so “we don’t do that” vs “this is what we can do or this is how we can help”. I 100% understand every job has rule and regulations but when the customer tells you and shows you how they’ve gotten their order done at several of your sister locations over and over again it shouldn’t be a back and forth on taking care of the customer. I didn’t ask for anything free or out of the ordinary i literally asked for my venti drink to be put in a trenti cup and that’s because of the way the venti is made and what i ask to be added in addition. Literally…..i asked for a bigger cup. Thats it, thats all, smh. The morning staffs attitude is dry, uninviting, and makes you not want to be here as much as they clearly don’t want to be either. While i ddint work with the young lady with orange/auburn hair her attitude and demeanor was dry and uninviting just like the gentleman with locs she was working with. Terrible experience.

They pretty much open and close whenever they want to due to staffing issues. Food options are always limited. Literally walked out this morning because the girl said they would not open for another hour due to someone not showing up.
Tracy is amazing though! Definitely my fav!! Always nice, quick, and welcoming!
