That's a one star for the management style. I was there around 7pm. Nobody was at the desk for 10min or so. Finally barista showed up with a Kroger cart apparently shopping for coffee ingredients (milk etc.). Then I was informed that at that time only tea can be served, no cappuccino etc. If that's how you roll, maybe you should just close the shop at 7pm.

Common sense would tell you that when you mess up a customer’s food order, you take accountability and be proactive and transparent about it. You don’t give the customer the messed up order in hopes that they won’t notice. Well, I did notice. (See photos and video)

I checked my food because I watched the barista leave this food in the oven until it was overcooked and hardened. I was waiting to see if it was going to be my order or someone else’s. As is common knowledge, the oven beeps when the food is done. Instead of asking the customer at the register to hold one sec while she took the food out, the barista decided to just open and close the door to the oven. When it beeped again— she repeated the action. Take the food out the oven already!!

When she finally attempted to take it out, I watched her struggle because the breakfast wrap had completely unraveled and was essentially cooked partially open face. This tells me she put it in upside down (with the wrap flap facing up)— which is why it unraveled in the first place.

After complaining, they did offer me a substitute item— which I appreciate. However, the more appropriate approach would’ve been, “Hey, we messed up your food, apologies for the inconvenience, do you want something else?” Don’t act like and look at me like I’m crazy because I watched you mess up this food for 10 minutes and then didn’t want it when you tried to give it to me. Just saying.

Small coffee stand inside Kroger near the deli. I often pass by but no one is ever there behind the counter. Whenever I've asked a question, the unfriendly employee there has no information and makes zero effort to find out.

On Friday, June 28, 2024, around 9:30 am. I walked up to place my order. It looked as if they were closed. So, I asked if they were opened the reply was “No”. I then asked, “How long before they would be open?” she mumbled something and I asked her to repeat it because I did not quite hear her. Her reply was that she was being sarcastic. I asked why sarcasm was so early this morning. She never responded. If Star Bucks truly cares for their customers, this person needs a job where she does not interact with customers. My suggestion is a “ditch”.

I went here with my friend to get drinks before our conference. She recommended the iced brown sugar oat milk latte, so she ordered it for me and it was DELICIOUS. My friend also mentioned that the barista, Deanna, was rude as she was in her phone the entire time she was taking the order.

The next day (yesterday) we went back and I ordered the same exact drink but I didn’t get to taste it until we were in the car & on the way to the conference. It was disgusting, so I called the store to take my name down for a remake but no answer. I ended up trashing the drink at the conference.

I called today since I had some time and whoever answered the phone kept telling me that they wouldn’t remake it because a day had passed. I gave her my information and she *pretended* to write it down because I told her I’d be coming up there to make sure the manager received it and she repeated that they wouldn’t remake it. I quickly called corporate & they refunded me $15 for the drink plus took the barista’s name. I called back to get names and the person answering the phone said she didn’t know her name! Rude, incompetent, & unprofessional! Never again! But shoutout to Starbucks corporate!

My mobile order took quite a while. Asked the barista, and he mentioned they hadn't started on my drink yet. After waiting an extra 5 minutes and spotting a drink that seemed like mine, I asked if it was mine, and he said yes. So why didn't you just give it to me?

Cashier (Deanna)refused to service me. I asked if she was open and no response. I walked away to observe her servicing another customer that walked up 30seconds after I walked away.I returned to order. I'm disappointed with the bias attitude of this employee .

There are 2 in-store Starbucks in the Edgewood Shopping Center. The one inside Kroger is okay. While the Starbucks inside Target should be avoided.Starbucks (Kroger) is always staffed with affable & helpful baristas. But seating is limited & in the middle of Kroger's produce/deli departmentAt Starbucks(Target), the hours are unreliable & location is understaffed.

Bartenders are not kind and took forever to take and make my order. My caramel brule late was waaaaay too sweet, and they charged me an extra $1 just to use almond milk.
