My mobile order took quite a while. Asked the barista, and he mentioned they hadn't started on my drink yet. After waiting an extra 5 minutes and spotting a drink that seemed like mine, I asked if it was mine, and he said yes. So why didn't you just give it to me?

This Starbucks is located in Kroger 1225 Caroline st Atlanta Ga.Today, I'm very disappointed because I usually have excellent services at this location but today was just awful. Cashier (Deanna)refused to service me. I asked if she was open and no response. I walked away to observe her servicing another customer that walked up 30seconds after I walked away.I returned to order. I'm disappointed with the bias attitude of this employee .

There are 2 in-store Starbucks in the Edgewood Shopping Center. The one inside Kroger is okay. While the Starbucks inside Target should be avoided.Starbucks (Kroger) is always staffed with affable & helpful baristas. But seating is limited & in the middle of Kroger's produce/deli departmentAt Starbucks(Target), the hours are unreliable & location is understaffed.

Bartenders are not kind and took forever to take and make my order. My caramel brule late was waaaaay too sweet, and they charged me an extra $1 just to use almond milk.

SO HE JUST HANDED ME THE CAKE LOAF W/ OUT TELLING ME THE PRICE & W/NO BAG & NO RECEIPT! I HAD TO ASK FOR BOTH WHILE HE WAS ENGAGED ONCE AGAIN IN A PERSONAL CONVERSATION! UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR! Purchased a butter croissant and Vt caramel ribbon crunch. She (Wyunna) toasted the croissant for one minute then proceeded to hand it to me. It was burnt black on the bottom so I asked for it to be remade. She then overcooked the second one but at this point, I didn’t bother asking for another one. The frappe was full of foam cream. No flavor at all besides what was pumped in the bottom of the cup. She was so distracted by talking to coworkers sitting down at the table eating. Nonchalant with no personality.

slow and had attitude I was the only customer . , I even tipped before I realized ! two people working , one left for break and the other decided to chat with a friend for about 5 min before making drink . never acknowledged the 5 dollar cash tip either . SMH

I ordered in a rush to work i did not rush the employees to ensure they made my stuff correctly my strawberry Frappuccino was terrible the worst I've had all my life I ordered the biggest size possible but they still gave Me a small which is crazy and I dipped into my last few dollars on this. I wanted to go back for a refund but I had to get to work asap I'm writing this on my break absolutely atrocious do not go if you want a proper experience. 0 stars they made me add 1

I think this is the original downtown Atlanta Starbucks: for 20+ years a sound choice for coffee and nibbles. Can get jammed when GSU classes let out but not usually packed.
