This location is hit or miss. Lately it’s been more miss. If you order through the app or drive thu there’s only a 40/60 chance your order will be right. By the time you’ve left and tried your coffee it’s too late. This spot was on point 3-4 months ago and now it’s gone downhill as far as quality is concerned. I would suggest going to the Starbucks by whole foods if you have the time and want your order done right.

I work in this building, so unfortunately I'm always in here buying lattes instead of saving money by making my own coffee like the boomers tell us we should.
Anyway, it's a Starbucks, it does what Starbucks does. It's clean and well-stocked. But the employees are exceptional - always energetic and friendly and they've never made a mistake on my drink. Going in for a smile and a caffeine boost is an excellent way to take a break from work.

I came in to a very calming atmosphere, I had a bit of a wait due to one of their computers being down. The site manager Terrell instantly noticed the line, and communicated why the wait was extended! He, and the gentleman that took my order were not only extremely prompt, and kind, but they also anticipated what I wanted! They ended up selling me a venti Brown Sugar Oat milk Shaken espresso, and I had originally only wanted a grande

This was the absolute worst Starbucks experience I've ever had. Horrible attitudes. Given the wrong drinks and sizes. Came back to get the order fixed and was told they were closed.

I never have a bad experience at any Starbucks I think everyone is always nice.. but when I say this is the Literal NICEST and I mean NICEST staff I have ever met they are so kind and so sweet and they always say goodmorning and have a great day it’s the small things it literally makes me so happy and I have a GREAT day bc I start my day off here every morning I love Starbucks coffee and breakfast.

Really a review for the staff- I was struggling with the app today, and the shift manager? I THINK he was a manager, was SO helpful, and everyone was so nice.
