Wheelchair accessibility: Starbucks is one of the few places I can take my husband , who is wheelchair bound , into the bathroom and assist him. A bathroom with accessibility bars and that is big enough to handle a wheelchair easily. That makes a huge difference for me.

Over $7 for a tall iced latte? That’s price gauging. Rude staff and drink was way too sweet. I could hardly taste the coffee and it was mostly milk and ice. Not worth it. Avoid.

Every staff member were engaged, with a strong work ethic, all welcoming customers with smiles and pleasant comments. The nicest Starbucks experience I've ever had! And at the busiest airport in US! Great team work!

They were slow and we never received our entire order after waiting about 20 minutes. The barista wouldn’t make eye contact when I approached to ask for the rest of the order. He had air pods in his ears.

A mobile order for one coffee took 25 mins. Only when I asked for the status, the manager told me it’s in the system but will take more time, unless I wanted a refund. By that time I had already waited 25 mins, and he eventually said I’ll make your order as a mobile order needed me to get on call with starbucks customer care. All this happened at an airport starbucks where people are usually in a hurry.

I placed a mobile order, and they either never got it or someone grabbed my food. I waited at the mobile counter for 15 minutes, while it was not busy at all and there were 5 employees. No one bothered to ask me if I was waiting for an order while I was the only one standing there. Other people were walking up and ordering and getting their order quickly, while I'd ordered early and was left unacknowledged. Once I flagged down an employee, they were happy to remake my order, but seriously, they could have been more proactive. There were 5 of them chatting away with each other and other airport employees, completely ignoring another customer. Seems like a bunch of teenagers working their first job ever, so they could stand to hire someone with experience to wrangle them and show them proper customer service.

This is the worst starbucks i’ve ever been to. First they took my order and had me waiting like an idiot for it. Noone thought to let me know they were out of potato bakes. Only when i asked for it, then they were like oh sorry we ran out. I couldnt even get a refund because i used my starbucks card ?so i had to either forcibly take something else that i didnt really want or call the 1-800 starbucks line. Ridiculous! It didnt even stop there. I asked for them to add a little milk to my oatmeal and they wanted to charge me for that! Are you kidding me? I absolutely regret ever buying from them.
