This is the only Starbucks I go to. The 2nd/night shift crew consistently makes my drink right, are always friendly, and never fail to put a smile on my face. 10/10 would recommend

I went into the cafe at Grady Hospital , no one was in line. I stood there 5 minutes and neither attendant acknowledged me or offered to take my order. I turned around and left. I’ve never experienced this lack of customer service with Starbucks.

Today I was turned away at the doors by security. I was told Starbucks is only for patients, staff, and visitors.

Saturday around 2am, the young lady was busy but she made each drink with love… Eapecially mine

Boycotting Starbucks. So not buying anything from any Starbucks.

The customer service I receive on Thanksgiving was disgusting , kia was who served me, she rolled her eyes and walked away, when all I ordered was a small black coffee with cold sweet cream, same order every time but she over charged me and when I pointed that out, it offended her. I work at Grady hospital and spend my money everyday at this Starbucks, but I won't ever again after this

Attitude was definitely in full affect this morning!!!! Very disappointed in the young ladies customer service especially since I visit approximately 3xs a week. Then I called to speak with the manager and she would not get on the phone. MIND YOU THEY weren't like super overwhelmed busy. Just bad customer service and leadership which is probably why the employee acted the way she did!!!! SMH and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. DO BETTER @STARBUCKS

I work nights and this Starbucks is a life saver every shift. Nellie Mae always puts a smile on my face and she makes the best drinks!

I absolutely love the overnight crew!!! They show hospitality,respect, while serving my food at a fast rate. Definitely the highlight of this store.

I stopped by this Starbucks while visiting my sick grandmother in the hospital, and I just want to say how much I appreciated the kindness and warmth of the staff. It had been an emotional day, but the friendly smiles and welcoming atmosphere really lifted my spirits. Not only that - the barista saw how i was feeling so she suggested I get a Vanilla Protein Latte. My drink was made to perfection and the barista even took a moment to ask how my day was going — a small gesture that meant a lot during a tough time for me. The location although busy was very clean, calm, and comforting, which made it a little moment of peace in the middle of everything going on for me. Thank you to the team for making my day a bit brighter. Will definitely be visiting again!
