Amazing experience! The new location is clean and inviting, and the customer service was top-tier. The staff is very knowledgeable about the drinks. Draven and LaTasha are truly a Godsend! So helpful, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend!

Special shout out to Shaun who just put the biggest smile on my face. He didn’t even know I had been having a rough day but then he said, guess what time it is coffee time, with the biggest most amazing smile and it made me feel so good. Thank you!

This Starbucks location offers friendly staff, a modern esthetic and a great place to work. I usually make my own coffee home but lately I’ve been finding myself stopping here for a cup of coffee before running errands.. the staff provides a great start to my day. Awesome job always!

Very nice new Starbucks with a clean contemporary feel. Coffee is strong. I like the expanded sandwich menu, but sandwiches were a little small. Service was efficient and friendly. I like the electronic order status board. Construction is underway next door, so you probably will sit inside. Parking is available behind the store and in the parking garage.

I never write reviews for Starbucks locations, but the latte I had yesterday was so good I had to say something!! I wish I lived closer to this location because i’d be there daily! If all Starbucks made coffee like I had at this location, I’d be a much more frequent customer! Thank you!!

No customer service, horrible attitudes and poorly made drink.

Walked in- No greeting, I actually spoke to the white guy (supervisor) at the register, still no hello.

Got my drink- I said “thank you” to the white girl who made it. She didn’t say “you’re welcome”, nothing!

Drink was made wrong and oh did they both give me all kinds of attitudes.

I called corporate and to their surprise, all she could say was “that’s usually one of our nicer stores”. Could it be that I’m black, because others didn’t seem to get the same treatment.

I’ve already discontinued my account with Starbucks a few years ago, now I’m about to stop going completely. I highly doubt there will be a remedy to the customer service at this location, especially since that’s usually there “nicer” stores.

Love this location. Thankful to have a place for coffee and work a little closer to Oak Grove.
