The store opens late. The employee wasn't prepared to start taking orders until 6:20am then it takes 15 minutes to for the esposo machine to warm up. Turn it on when you get there

Placed an online order for coffee beens. When I went to pick it I showed the young lady my order on my phone. She acted like she didn’t understand what it was. She asked the guy, he pretty much acted the same way stating “I don’t know”. They then asked if I looked to see if they had the beans. I go look and they did not. They told me I needed to come back another time, not stating when. I asked if they would just refund me, they stated that they couldn’t. When I left I chatted with support in the app and they refunded me for the purchase and apologized. The store team’s customer service was sub par. They both need additional training.

Baristas just walk away and disappear for no reason, no line yet it still takes ten minutes to make one drink, a new barista appears and grabbed the cup by the inside of the lip to hold it up and that was the last straw. Just don’t even bother.

Clerk wasn't there waited 5+ mins only for him to say he was put of coffee, an hour b4 closing. Bad attitude also told me he'd worked all day alone and was taking lunch so I'd have to wait ✋️ to get hot water. Wow smh

2 weeks in a row stopped at the Starbucks in Kroger. Last week the guy was short tempured with the customers which made me hesitant about a trip today but since I needed groceries why not. I wanted to use the 2 for $10 offer Starbucks offered today but the barista said it needed to be ordered in the app. I tried and the coupon didn't work. After reading over it again it says tell the barista you'd like to use a coupon OR apply it in the app. I get back in line and the next excuse was it can't be used after 5pm but the coupon clearly states it expires 9/01/24 with no mention of a cut off time. This was not a great experience and I would suggest grabbing your coffee elsewhere before making a grocery run.

Closes at 8 but stops making blended drinks at 7. It takes 2 seconds to wash a blender & 30 mins to pre-close for a small stand. Lazy employees that complain about doing the job they get paid for.. crazy.

No customers were there when I ordered. I ordered a venti mocha frap with a shot. Three employees and not a single one started making any orders or my order for 8 minutes. They stood talking to each other, not doing anything, just standing there. Then made my drink wrong, gave me a tall instead of a venti. Made my drink again but continued to pause what they were doing throughout and just stood talking. Then gave me this. Tasted fine, but finally got my drink 20 minutes later. Three people were in line who had not been helped when I left. The service was awful, absolutely no urgency, no effort, no speed, no care.

This not a consisted location, I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you are already inside the Kroger shopping. I’ve came here multiple times were and no one was working at the Starbucks, no sign saying they are closed nothing just a bunch of high schoolers hanging out around the counter.

This location is MUCH better than the Kroger location. They function and are at the standard of a typical Starbucks. The staff are delightful and the move quickly. The greet you when you walk in. (which I hate as a NYer but it's nice, I guess). My order is always ready when I arrive and the atmosphere Inside is actually great.My only challenge with this location is that there are many homeless that linger and sleep near the building so it ALWAYS smells around and just outside of it ?. The patio is useless as it often smells and is near a high traffic road. This isn't anything the staff can really do anything about, but fyi as you visit the location. No drive thru here.

Slow. They don’t pay attention to the mobile orders Half the time and you’ll be standing there waiting for nothing….. Sometimes you place a mobile order and show up to find no one working.
