This location is MUCH better than the Kroger location. They function and are at the standard of a typical Starbucks. The staff are delightful and the move quickly. The greet you when you walk in. (which I hate as a NYer but it's nice, I guess). My order is always ready when I arrive and the atmosphere Inside is actually great. My only challenge with this location is that there are many homeless that linger and sleep near the building so it ALWAYS smells around and just outside of it ?. The patio is useless as it often smells and is near a high traffic road. This isn't anything the staff can really do anything about, but fyi as you visit the location. No drive thru here.

Slow. They don’t pay attention to the mobile orders Half the time and you’ll be standing there waiting for nothing….. Sometimes you place a mobile order and show up to find no one working.

Was greeted by nice staff. We joked around on how the strawberry acai was pronounced. Drinks were great, sandwiches were move and toasty.

SUPER SLOW! It takes forever for them to make your order and just acknowledge you at the register. They don’t call your name to get your order . They need to sincerely hire new staff. It’s

By far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The employees absolutely do NOT care at all and have no customer service skills. 30 minutes for a coffee after waiting 15 to even be acknowledged is unacceptable when there are 3 people working. Management needs to pay their employees more, hold them accountable, and train them on customer service. This is ridiculous.

This location’s “policies” made zero sense. You have to use a gift card, on the app. No ordering at the counter like any other store around the world. It took me 10 minutes to make an account just to order a basic coffee. I’m truly perplexed.

I want to understand what’s going on here so I can empathize, but I’m stumped. I rarely order during rush hours, I don’t understand the consistent long wait times at this location. I will put in an order before i even get dressed to leave the house, and I’m still left waiting 20+ minutes upon arrival. There is never any communication from barista to guest or between themselves at all. There have been times I’ve placed an order, waited 20+ minutes, just to be told they don’t have what I paid for. I had to get back in the line for my refund, which was a Kroger voucher that you have to take to their customer service area and exchange for cash. Half an hour of my life wasted just to leave with coins jingling in my pocket. I’ve never seen less than 3-4 baristas working at a time, I am truly perplexed. You have the bodies, I highly suggest you find a better qualified person to train and lead. Your staff is very obviously overwhelmed. Glenwood is closest to me, having to drive to a Starbucks location further away and still receiving my order significantly sooner than if I had ordered at Glenwood is craziness, especially when the other locations have a higher volume of traffic and customers.

Too slow during rush hour mornings. (8am hour) It’s a small place inside of Kroger and it shouldn’t be this slow ALL THE TIME. Unfortunately a lot of these places hire anybody just to fill positions.

Ordered online, arrived later than pickup time, around 19.40ish only to be given a receipt and told to get a refund. I asked where my stuff was and she told me if there are still drinks when they close they throw them out. I asked what time they close and she said 8pm, mind you I arrived at 7.40 and ordered at 19.18. I said it’s not 8pm yet and she just said, oh sorry we closed a little earlier today.
