This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. We spent 278.00 for cold mash potatoes- they were so unbelievably cold that we all had to taste them to verify it. After asking about the freshness of the fish, and being told that they cut it up fresh and filet it in the back to the being served CLEARLY frozen “red snapper” filets — deep fried like catfish was insulting. DO NOT BE FOOLED by the aesthetics, the celebrity ties, or IG. They focus on appearance — from the bringing out their version of an ole fashion in a Smokey box, yet the actual cocktail tasted as sweet as an Amoretto Sour. I'll be going into further detail on my restaurant blog— I'm gonna give this experience a GREAT BIG F! Oh and how do you mess up bourbon with a splash of sprite? Go here and you'll find out! The only thing that was flatter than the Sprite was the food.

Great service, atmosphere, food, and staff. Parking could be a little better but overall will definitely visit again.

The restaurant was more of a sports bar than a dinner venue. The attire was club wear with lots of exposed skin, it was loud with screaming babies and about 5 large screens on the wall. The food was good and the service was great, but it is not what I expected from the Open Table website. I really couldn't wait to get out of there.

What a perfect anniversary spot. Perfect level of decadence and value. I expected the Short ribs to be phenomenal but the winner of the evening was the Pontrachain Oysters with crawfish and lump crab. This is a party spot. Would love to come back again with a group when my wife is NOT pregnant LOL!!!

Our recent dining experience was not satisfactory. While the restaurant's cleanliness and interior aesthetics were commendable, the culinary and beverage aspects fell short of expectations. Our initial order for the Smoked Salmon Crostini appetizer was incorrectly replaced with Baked Oysters. The "Peach State" beverage was acceptable. Regarding our entrees, my husband's New York Strip was notably small, and my Blackened Salmon with mashed potatoes was accompanied by excessively spicy collard greens, rendering them unenjoyable. For dessert, both cheesecakes with strawberry puree were unpleasantly bitter. This occasion was our wedding anniversary, yet no special acknowledgment was provided by the staff. Additionally, the photographer charged $20 per 4x4 or 4x7 framed picture. Overall, I would rate the service and food a 3 out of 10.

Great food and vibe perfect for a date night! The jerk lamb chops were delicious! Service perfect!

Our server was great. The restaurant was beautiful. The food was very meh. In my husband's words my cooking is better. But I can barely cook.

My brother picked this place to go for his bday. Server was a lil rude. Feel like we were rushed to order. I'm big on customer service especially after spending over $500 there. Overall the food was great!

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a very long time. While the service was attentive and polite, the food was inedible. We were offered water, which later appeared as a $6 bottled charge on the bill. The Kale & Arugula Salad with goat cheese, dried cranberries, and raspberry vinaigrette was drowning in dressing, and the greens were wilted and old — completely inedible. The Crab Cake had a distinctly fishy taste and appeared to be made with canned crab. The 8oz NY Strip was very small, overcooked despite being ordered medium, and arrived with no pink center. While the flavor itself was fine, the accompanying Black Garlic Broccolini was so salty it was unpleasant to eat. The total bill for these items plus two cocktails came to $174, including a 20% tip automatically added. We asked to have the salad removed, and they kindly did so. I've always loved this space and its design — it truly is beautiful — but the atmosphere felt heavy, as if the entire restaurant was cloaked in despair and indifference. It's a shame, because the setting deserves far better food and energy than what's currently being served.

Arrives when they opened so we had the place to ourselves for about an hour. We sat by the window. Food was great and so was the drinks. If I had to say something I don't get the big tvs playing sports. It was such an upscale environment that also tried to be a neighborhood sports pub. Doesn't need to be all things to all people. Maybe it was just me but it didn't fit. Keep it as a small restaurant with great food and service with great music and doors will remain open for years to come.
