Service was great, food was mediocre. Mac n cheese was dry and tasted too much like smoked paprika. The snapper was not seasoned that well. My daughter had the Cajun pasta that lacked Cajun flavor. She added Cajun seasoning once she arrived home. The mashed potatoes she had were delicious and the cocktails were delicious. I'd eturn for happy hour or to go downstairs though.

First off there was a woman siting at the table next to us on her phone the entire time , it was on speaker and very loud. When we mentioned it to our waitress she laughed it off, the valet scratched my car when he was parking it and never told me. I found out when I reached home later that night. The food was mediocre , the old menu is way better which explains why there was 4 people in the whole restaurant dining. Not to mention it was my birthday , I'm never going back to that place again.

Was given misinformation by employee who altered our reservation. There was no way to correct this situation, and we received extremely unprofessional behavior from Uka, who claimed to be a manager. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we used the valet service. Unfortunately, the valet hit our car door on the wall twice, drove the car to the back, then returned our keys and informed us that valet would be closing in 30 minutes. I already feel that many establishments overcharge for valet, and paying $25 just to park especially when the service isn't available throughout the restaurant's operating hours felt unreasonable. The service inside was just okay. It seemed like it might have been a long, slow day for the staff because there was little enthusiasm. We didn't receive any recommendations for food or drinks; the vibe felt more like, “You read the menu what do you want?” We tried a few appetizers. The salmon crostini was just alright mostly cream cheese with a very thin slice of salmon on top. The crab cake was extremely dry and crumbled apart like bread. Even the table bread lacked flavor. For our main dishes, I ordered the branzino with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts, which was good. My partner had the steak with added crab. He enjoyed the steak but said the crab seemed carelessly added. Neither entrée had much in the way of plating or presentation. Our total bill came to $300, and we didn't feel the experience justified the cost. While it was nice to get out and try a new restaurant, we can't say we'd return.

Let me say…. The vibe was super nice, me and my friends came for a birthday dinner and things were great at the beginning. Once the whole party came the service became very ….. bad to say the least. It took over 20 mins for 6 drinks to come from the bar and the restaurant was damn near empty. Granted I understand that it may not be that much staff but we had the same drinks. Another thing was everyone apart of our party had a problem with the chicken and they had ONE BITE of their plate and still was required to pay half. I even asked to speak to a manager because our service literally sucked and it almost felt like the manager didn’t want to come to our table. It’s honestly very distasteful to have people come in here and spend over $100 and we can’t even get 1. Decent service 2. Good food (chicken) steak was good 3. Long waits …. For a high end establishment please do better

We visited S&M for a date night. The restaurant is beautiful and stylish. The food presentation was very nice, but this is what you are paying for and all you are paying for. The server brought out the ribeye and had a wonderful presentation; however, the steak did not have a taste. The side of mashed potatoes were bland, and I think we had asparagus as well. All just ok. After horrible food , cold mistakes two people didn’t eat I paid 35% on a $1227 bill, (just 3ppl on mine)the charged me $50 FEE to bring out her bday cake! High end luxury cars? Leave them home and uber , valet didn’t know I had cameras! I go here because my girls like it won’t do it again there are new “lounge “ restaurants popping up everyday! Don’t worry guys they won’t be open for long! The current crowd won’t keep the lights on. They should cater to the upscale customers and make matters right!
