I am a delivery driver. Its 95% always a long wait in this location. No matter what time of day, there is a wait. Tonight, the staff was rude. Both the female with the blonde ponytail as well as the female with dreadlocks had nasty attitude. Sounded like her name was Kierra. Yelling back and forward, being short and rude with is drivers. And to top that, one of the employees had their baby in the back of the store where employees are working. I know this is some sort of violation. The disorganization and rudeness combined with a whole baby in the back of the store is just beyond unacceptable. This is a management and employee issue that you guys need to rectify in the swiftest manner possible. This place is a business not a daycare and it has a reputation to uphold that is being severely tarnished by rude employees. Please do better. I shop here too and I dont want to stop coming here because of poor treatment.

Sort of a rarity these days but this place is run well, clean, and has a friendly staff. Burgers are fresh off the grill and I can tell you the triple steak with cheese fries is pretty amazing.
And while I don't normally order milkshakes... if I did, it would be here.
They have the worst customer service ever! Then when I try to get an employees attention they will look at you and turn around like they didn’t see you.

Customer service sucks and is very slow so unprofessional mind you I’m just a dasher. I would personally never come here took 20 plus minutes for an order. Drive through so packed because of lack of urgency.

Always a go to place for that nostalgic place in our hearts along Route 66. The travel through the desert for miles and miles with nothing in sight but the cactus, rolling bushes along the sandy plains make this an Oasis not to forget. Sure the heat is unbearable outside, but inside is the cooling comfort of a frosty milkshake to calm tje nerves.
