has to be the worst restaurant i ever encountered i had a online order and waited for like 20 minutes through drive thru and then i when i tried to go in the double doors were locked!?

They had plenty of employees “working” but literally I kid you not, they took 40 minutes to prepare 2 double burgers and fries. Everyone in the restaurant was complaining about how absurd the wait was. The employees do not clean up the place. Every single table was filthy.

18 minutes waiting in the drive thru, then my Frisco Melt was so greasy that I could only eat half of it. Wait time was worse than normal. It usually takes10-14 minutes to my order.

Love Steak and Shake. I ordered the double cheeseburger. They made it fresh and it was hot and delicious. The only issue is I wanted sweet relish... and they mixed the relish with mustard and put it in a little cup. I didn't like that. Relish shouldn't be mixed with condiments like that. I don't understand why they did that, but it was bad.

I came through the drive-through for a mobile order & was told I had to come to pick it up. So I came inside and waited at the front With a few other people who were ordering on the kiosks. They took 8-10 minutes so nobody came up to see anything, Probably assuming I was also ordering on the kiosk, no biggie. I stood there for another five or six minutes after those people left and sat down. Nobody came up, I just sat down after another couple of minutes and was going to wait for someone to bring the other people’s food so I could tell them I was there for the mobile order. This took another 10 minutes or so, and when I got the food, it was cold. I’m assuming it was probably done when I got there and I waited 25 minutes to talk to anybody so It got cold. I wasn’t gonna wait around for another 25 minutes so I just took the cold food.
Was going to give 3 stars For this interaction, but there was also an older gentleman who got food at the kiosk and I guess accidentally clicked cheese fries instead of regular (He was at the kiosk for a long while so probably was having trouble) And he asked if they could remake it for him when they brought it out. The man who brought it out, started talking loudly walking away about “ This is what YOU Ordered. It’s gonna be a while” Then he told the cook on burgers, not even fries, And that cook decided to talk loudly and even glance around the corner to look at the guy while saying loudly “ You put this in yourself at the kiosk like what are you doing?” This is an old man they are loudly disrespecting and belittling & I know he heard because he said to his friend that he didn’t know He clicked the wrong thing accidentally and didn’t mean to. He said this a few times, obviously feeling bad about the whole situation.
The interaction I got is one thing but to belittle an older man for Something so small really put a bad taste in my mouth. I definitely won’t be going back to this location. I’ll drive further for somewhere else.

The service was top-notch in the drive-through. Shout out to Kendra! Order double cheese burgers and fries with a Nutella milkshake. The price wasn't very different from a shake shake in New york. The food was good a bit salty, and it doesn't retain the heat long enough to drive home with it. It would be better just to eat your food at the restaurant. I'm visiting but I will be back before I leave!

5 Stars all the way. Julissa and Charmaine were fantastic!! I am a babysitter and not only were they polite and friendly to all 3 of us, they bought my kids 2 trys on the claw machine without them even asking. The customer service is incredible they absolutely deserve raises!

The food here is average but my larger issue is with sanitation. The faucet in the men's room is broken and literally falling off of the sink. Also there was no hand soap in the dispenser. I want to fault the employees for the dispenser being empty but if the faucet doesn't work, which is the owner/manager's fault, I'm not sure what the point would be.

I came through the drive thru around 8:30 on 12/14 and was very satisfied. The food was hot and the order taker and the lady at the window were both pleasant. You could tell that they were working hard to push the drive thur.
