I asked for large meal double steak burger and frisco melt with Fanta, she charged me for a large meal but didn’t give my Fanta, and when I asked for my Fanta she said it says meal on receipt it doesn’t say Fanta. And I paid 3$ for Fanta. After when I get home I just saw they gave me whole wrong order. These employees thinks they’re funny. Worst Steak ‘n Shake experience so far. Don’t even get close to this location. They can’t even take order properly.

I went at night and they were super unprofessional. The way the night crew was cursing in the back the entire front could hear them in the front. Their attitudes were really nasty and the way the guy through my food on the counter he might as well told me to get out. The people around us were even shocked. It was also weird that random people were coming in and they were offering their *friends, I suppose* free food.

This place is great, I eat here about once a week. Staff always ask if you need help with the kiosk machines and if they see an elderly person they will assist them with ordering or take their order for them. Always stocked wiht napkins adn ketchup and the restrooms are clean as well. Oh and the food is amazing as well. I can smell them cooking in the mornign at my work and can't resist. lol

Food was made correctly. Staff acknowledged us as we walked in but we're not available to answer questions. There's no one at the counter to help you. Wait time is long as well. Longer then other locations. Place needs a good cleaning as well. Floor is covored in a grease like residue and bathrooms don't get touched it seems.
If u still a fan of steak and shake. This is the cleanest and best location in Atlanta hands down

Just had one of the best burgers of my life at this Steak and Shake. It’s been years since I’ve visited this location or this franchise but I was not disappointed. The gentleman who took my order was professional and courteous and the burger and fries were hot and fresh.

So the food was not that bad. I think that they can easily be a 5 depends on who you are. As a brand the food is really good, as a location or was pretty decent for my visit. The service was strait forward. No rudeness on that visit but however it's as basic as you should expect these days.
