Every time I order on Ubereats my order gets cancelled!! Why is this location on the app if they don’t fulfill the orders? that’s so frustrating. You guys close at 10 so orders shouldn’t be denied at so early.

Huge, lit sign says "24 Hours". Hours online state 10am-10pm. It's Monday night, 7:30pm. I drive up to the order board and get told, "We're closed." No less than 11 cars have driven in, then right back out in the 10minutes I've been sitting in my car off to the side trying to figure out what else I feel like eating and writing this review. Apparently, this is status quo for this janky location. I guess I'll go across the street to Chick-Fil-A (which I'm kinda getting tired of...) because nobody else seems to understand HOW to do Customer Service. Too bad CFA doesn't sell burgers (other then the Dwarf Houses), Italian food, Mexican food, Philly cheesesteak, fried fish and falafel and pita! That could pretty much cover the basics AND we'd all get great, fast service!

Whoever is on the drive through speaker right now is so rude. Acting like I’m unconvincing her by ordering my food.. what terrible management to allow someone with that attitude to work the speaker. Put her on fry duty.

Got the Garlic Burger, it was delightful. Garlic sauce a little greasy but good. Coke Zero was strong & good, sign of good maintenance on machine

I went to Steak 'n Shake today for lunch and had a unpleasant experience! After we ordered we waited 30 minutes for our food and they got two parts of our order wrong. They took a very long time to replace the items. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you want to wait 1 hour for food. The food was fine, but the service was upsetting.

Don't ask to take my order then tell me you are out of multiple menu items. Staff should not consume beverages during food service or prepare.

Sat in line for an hour. The drive thru leaves you stuck between the restaurant and concrete wall so you can't leave until you have already ordered. The burgers were so greasy they were barely edible.

Their shake machine is down seemingly every other week and they’re Extremely slow. I hope that they can do better.

It's 8:30 PM on a Sunday, and I came to get a milkshake. I'm in a drive-through but I can't get out of. When I got here there were about six cars ahead of me now there's four so I get to spend an entire half hour in line for something they don't have. How can your machine be down? It's what you do! Maybe you should get a freaking sigh! Maybe change the name!
To start.. we ordered our food through the kiosk (only option) we clicked dine in because we were gonna stay and eat. Without explanation one of the workers came and canceled our order and was very rude and said we needed to click to go instead. No signs anywhere stating that’s what we should have picked. The kitchen cooks were also very verbal and made rude comments about us not knowing. After entering our entire order again we waited about 30 mins for our food. I noticed every 15 mins she would go and lock the front doors and several people tried to come in but couldn’t. We were told when we leave to use the emergency exit which is a misdemeanor under Georgia law. No alarm sounded when you pushed the handle. When people would try to leave out the front doors she got very angry and verbally stated her frustrations to the customers. Very unprofessional.

Hours are incorrect on website and on sign. After a long flight all my family wanted was to sit down together and enjoy a nice meal. We were saddened when we approached the restaurant to find that it was closed, despite the sign and listed hours saying they were not. Will not eat here again!

At one time it was a pleasure to come out and dine with you guys. Long wait to order, order taker got confused, Long wait on food. And the hot dog was as if it was improvised in making it. Yet, the order handler was nice.

What Impressed me the most about my visit is how courteous and polite my drive-through individual was individual was to me.. Excellent service food is always good. I highly recommend this location.
