I live on this side of town and have never tried Stems so I decided to try it out while supporting a black owned business. I ordered the 3 wing breakfast ($11.50 + tax) and a side salmon patty ($5 + tax).3 wing breakfast: OK - comes with grits and eggs (scrambled), with choice of toast or biscuit. Eggs were light and fluffy but, grits were undercooked and very "gritty" along with 3 very small lightly seasoned wings.Salmon: Horrible - appears to be a precooked frozen patty which was spicy and dry. Definitely not like any fried Salmon patty I've ever had.All in all, the staff was friendly but I didn't care for the food bought today. I may try other dishes in the future.

Nah.. This ain’t it. I feel I need to throw up while typing this. :( I ordered a bacon, egg, & cheese croissant which totaled to $9, to add a side of potatoes would’ve been $15. No drink included. My stomach aches after eating that. It wasn’t very tasty, but edible. Keep driving if you can. The customer service is a 3/10.

THIS PLACE PRICES ARE TO HIGH…. especially for the amt of food they give you ! Chic Fil La & Gut Busters are way more reasonable with their prices and give adequate food portions. We are aware of inflation and increased prices but this place is too expensive. And they’re milking this free market with their prices.Parking: Small business in congested area

I finally got the chance to stop by this place. A mom & pop style restaurant with down home south cooking. Open everyday til 2pm. Small but big in flavor. So this is not a sit down place it’s to go only. I got the salmon patty with grits, eggs, and biscuit. And also the shrimp, sausage, and peppers over grits plate (can’t remember the name). The salmon was meaty and good flavor with a kick. The shrimp plate could have used some more shrimp but the sausage was a little over cooked but it remind me of gma cooking. I would return and the prices are reasonable. Especially since they are not adding that service charge and 20% gratuity on top of the bill like some other places that serve the same food but less in qualityParking: Once the doors are open the cars are piling in. So be prepare to may be block in. But not to long
This is some of the best food AND customer service I have experienced in a long time. Clean and friendly environment. Not a sit-down restaurant but great for picking up a high quality meal and enjoying your day. I could swear there was a sun-dried heirloom tomato on my fish po boy! (Big piece of fish!) The sweet potato fries are also delicious. I was running late to an appointment nearby and couldn’t contain my excitement to run back inside and thank them for the incredible meal! I’ll be back!!! Worth every dollar. I’m ready to try breakfast. Thank y’all again!Sorry for not posting a photo, I ate it too fast

Ordered through Uber eats and the fried chicken wings were spoiled. I also ordered a grilled chicken salad and that meat was only slightly better. Threw everything out. Save your money for somewhere else.

A classic hole in the wall. Great service, prices and menu. I had a fried bologna, egg and cheese sandwich on white bread that took me back to my childhood. Not a sit down restaurant but well worth eating in your car while it's still hot!
