Custom Made Ice Cream
We custom make ice cream from scratch using liquid nitrogen. You demand and we make your desert how you'd like in 4 simple steps: 1) choose a size, 2) choose a type of cream for your ice cream, 3) choose as many flavors as you'd like for free, and 4) unlimited mix-ins.
Vegan Ice Cream
Custom made vegan ice-cream options. We use either coconut milk or lactose free as an option. Gluten-free, vegan, or made with soy or coconut milk.

1. Chocolate Conduction Combination
Chocolate flavored ice cream with brownies and chocolate flakes. Optional topping: fudge.
2. Birthday Cake Capacitor Combination
Flavored with cake batter. Mixed with cookie dough and sprinkles. Optional topping: fudge.

Dragons breath was fun, but doesn't have a taste really. The majestic mint was good, but were looking for it to be closer to mint choc chip ice cream. Fun for a different type of dessert experience. Staff was friendly and store was clean

A cool overall experience.
I had the Bernouli brulee, it Reminded me of a churro or a cinnamon toast crunch. Very good, but rich & sweet. Trust the process it looks grainy or gritty at first but as it melts it gets creamier.

As a chemistry teacher, I have learned about the advantages of using liquid nitrogen to make some of the smoothest ice cream.

However, I I have never been able to try this on my own. Luckily, I noticed Subzero Nitrogen Ice Cream whilst in Atlanta visiting the world of Coca Cola.

At the shop, they have the nitrogen tank on full display, and you can watch the chemists make your ice cream by applying liquid nitrogen.
