I never give bad reviews but I just can’t let this go. Early yesterday morning I picked up an order for a “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” box. This box is almost $46 including tax. I have gotten this box before from the other location and it was beautiful so I know how it should be served, and what I got yesterday was not it. For reference I will post a pic of the beautiful box, and then the lazy thrown together box I received yesterday. Both pics will be labeled. There were no dots on the “A” donuts to signify they were A’s, the “D” donut was burned, and the letters were not even arranged to where they spelled out DAY at the bottom. This was not anywhere near what a $46 box of donuts should look like. I voiced my concerns to the young lady that was there early yesterday morning and although she was not rude, she was very uncaring. She said the cutter is why the Y looked malnourished, but how can that be the case when I’ve gotten a perfectly fine looking “Y’ donut before? Also, she offered to add the frosting dot to the A donuts so they would look more like A’s which I appreciated, but girl that’s how it’s advertised in the picture on the menu. Why didn’t you do that in the first place? Everything is expensive these days, and if you all want customers who are willing to pay darn near $50 for 13 donuts, you better come CORRECT. EVERY TIME. I will not be purchasing this box again and I would encourage you all to proceed with caution. They tasted good, but this box is for aesthetic purposes as well as taste so the goal was not accomplished.

These used to be my favorite in Atlanta. Always get the croissant one. Bought 3 today about 10:30AM and they tasted really stale as if they were from the day before. Super disappointing. Waste of almost $10.

Best doughnut experience ever. My friend went through a breakup last night at 11pm, and their favorite sweet treat is doughnuts. I looked online for doughnut places open late, and it was this or Dunkin’ Donuts. Obviously, I picked here. I came in, having no idea what to get. I explained to the woman that I was here for heartbreak doughnuts. She helped me pick the perfect doughnuts, and she even wrote a motivational note on the box for my friend! Best doughnuts and best customer service experience ever.

This place used to be amazing (fresh, fluffy donuts). Unfortunately, the quality has really gone downhill lately. The last few times I visited, the donuts tasted stale and like they'd been sitting out for a while. Really hoping they turn things around, because this used to be my go-to spot.

I’m obsessed with the donuts from this place! They’re always super fresh, whether I grab them in the morning or late at night. So soft, fluffy, and the variety is amazing. The strawberry-filled one is my absolute favorite 😝it’s seriously so good! I also love that they’re open 24 hours

Sublime used to be a good place for donuts. It’s gone downhill though since it turned 24 hours. There were gnats flying around the donuts a couple weeks ago and the employee did not care. This time the donut filling was sour. Just not my happy place anymore.

Doughnuts were rock hard. Clearly had been sitting out for days. Used to come here frequently, and the doughnuts were fresh and very good. I hope that they will work on improving the quality of the doughnuts, so that this will be a good spot again.
