A friend and I wanted some donuts, so we gave them a try.
I ordered the Fruity Pebbles donut, which was extremely good and had a filling that I didn't expect but that was great too. I would visit again.

The doughnuts were extremely dry and tasted old/stale. The filling in the fruity pebbles donut tasted like spoiled dairy product. It was disgusting. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming to sublime donuts for over a year. I was standing outside at 8:55pm and a lady with a green sweater saw me and scurried to the back and never acknowledged me or opened the door.she and another person in the back made sure to ignore me. I have a video with a time stamp to show the hours. If you are not open 24hrs please take the sign down that is false advertising! If you close earlier than 9pm you should let that be known on the website. Why ignore a customer instead of saying you closed early. I came to get a donut for my daughter who is at children’s hospital! Thank for nothing

I have been a long time fan of Sublime. Essentially since the 10th street location opened. The last few times I have been, it continues to get worse. I was hoping it was just a one-off experience but after a few times, it seems to be the norm. I stopped in yesterday around 1:00. The A Town has always been our favorite. The custard is almost non-existent now and it is different than it used to be. It seems like it is not just a standard food service grade custard. And the icing is very graining. And pastry is dried out and stale tasting. I tried the butter toffee for the first time and it was inedible. The topping had a strange, fake taste to it. I threw it away after two bites. It’s such a shame to see such a decline in a local business I supported and recommended for so many years. I always said they were the best donuts in Atlanta. I can’t say that any longer. And the prices are crazy. $25 for a half dozen donuts that I threw away. What a waste

This place has a weird stench and the donuts are like sugary bricks. Very disappointed. We traded out the s’mores donuts and the new donuts were still stale. I’ve never had this issue at the other location. I just wasted $20.

Very stale/dry 😭
Came in here on Wednesday 10/22 at about 10pm and the young lady up front was ABHORRENT in the worst way. In a day in time where so many ppl are unemployed you would think she would smile as she services the few ppl the come in on a Wednesday night.
The cherry on top was the gnat flying around in the display - Holy Moly Donut style. Then when it’s pointed out to her, she doesn’t seem to have a care in the world and proceeds to get the same one the gnat was just snacking on. Girl please get a clue!
We left with nothing.

This is the third time that I purchased doughnuts from Subline & they were stale as if these were doughnuts were left over night. I still have 2 from my purchase that I just couldn't eat. They are not good.

I stood in the shop for 15 minutes and there's no one in here. The doors are unlocked and there is literally not a single person working in here I even looked in the back because the doors are also unlocked. Nice business you got here

So let me start by saying that I love to support small businesses and even moreso minority owned businesses.
I originally found the location in Midtown and I was so pleased that I introduced Sublime to all of my family and friends, including my extended family whenever they visit.
This location is in a nicer strip mall, but I do not think they get the same level of patronage. Although the shelves are stocked, the product doesn't seem to be as fresh. Also they don't seem to have a consistent level of presentation. For example in the video you will notice the caramel on the apple fritter is haphazardly applied vs all the other times I have purchased this product they have the zigzag. I've also come here and they not have the appropriate container and they put my items in a bag with nothing separating them, so everything ends up having the same icing.
But for the most part I have been satisfied, so although I rate the food and service as 3.85⭐️, I am more comfortable rounding them up than down.
