I ordered my food on the mobile app and forgot to ask for it toasted. I tried to call the store and it kept going straight to voicemail. I was about 2 minutes away when I placed my order. When I went inside, I asked for them to toast my sandwich. It was already made and they told me they couldn’t remake it. They told me I should have called, to which I stated that their phone didn’t work and that I tried. We kept going back and forth and finally they said they could toast it but they took the vegetables off and put it back on after, which I thought was silly since they could have just replaced it. When they gave me the sandwich, I realized it was not toasted at all. They began to talk and laugh as I was leaving the store. The service is HORRIBLE and the sandwich was HORRIBLE. I would not recommend to anyone. Please do not shop here.

Food was good. You have to make sure they add that double meat n cheese like the menu says.
Stop using lettuce and use Spinach. Watch your sandwich taste better 😜

so disappointed, iwent to redeem my free cookie just for it to have a hair in it. im unbelievably upset honestly i was so excited just for it to have HAIRRRR in it. this is gross & i wont be visiting this spot again.

Don’t play With me

I walk in arab lady sitting on phone however she did greet me but act is if she did not want to be there. Went to bathroom only one was available was them men. Find that interesting when its two ladies that were working in there so i assume they keep the other one locked just for them. Men’s bathroom needs deep cleaning really bad. Ordering my sandwich i felt like i was rushed. I asked can i get fresh lettuce she said it was fresh but it was not because the lettuce was turning another color other than what it should have been looking like. So i did not add lettuce which i love bit dis not want to take a chance getting sick. So i just got a basic sandwich and add banana peppers which was the only thing looked decent to add on my sandwich. Will not return

This area needs a refurbishment. The food was fine, but the cold cuts have gone down in quality over the years. Service was good. If you need a quick sub, this is fine. Just don't come here to hang out.

There was almost zero meat on the sandwich. Went back in to let them know and they didn’t care. This has never happened at this location before. What a WASTE of money. I basically had a bread sandwich. No meat, low on other toppings. Zero stars
