I ordered online for lunch time. I get there there’s one poor soul Melissa was frantically working behind the counter while her co worker sat on the side talking on the phone. Meanwhile the “manager” Marc sat in the lobby as Melissa called to him and he ignored her. I was standing in front of him trying to get his attention he looked directly at me and ignored me grumbling he’s supposed to be off. He when I asked him what’s did he say he said it’s none of my business, went outside loudly cursing, and “MY NAME IS MARC M.A.R.C. when you go to complain.” This isn’t even everything but MARC clearly doesn’t want to work there.

I got to subway around 950pm Tonya who said she is the manager and she closes at 9:45pm so she can walk out the door at 10 to go home. I said Google said yall close at 10 and she proudly to me they was closed even though it was not 10 and her body language told me off disrespectfully as a costumer I expected better service.

A visit the one on Ralph David Abernathy January 13th I walked in and the guy was finishing up with a customer after he finish with the customer he got on his phone and started talking to someone on his phone I stood there patiently waiting on him for almost 5 minutes he did not say anything to me he did not even acknowledge that I was there as a customer I'm waiting to order. While he was on the phone I stated to him sir you don't see me standing here waiting to order, he looked up at me and never said one word to me... So I left I will never visit that store ever again

So many things wrong here. First, you can't see the meats on the left due to the metal cover. I presume that station is as unsanitary as the veggie station which was the worst I've ever seen. Nearly every container had something else mixed into it (a different veggie, crumbs or debris). They were out of mustard so he proceeds to open individual packets of mustard and just randomly squirts a big blob of it on parts of my sandwich then used his finger to spread it. I asked him to make a new sandwich with fresh vegetables. He reluctantly gets new veggies and dumps them on top of the dirty ones. I tried to point it out and he kept talking over me. Yelling. Then says that they can't get fresh vegetables here and have to go all the way to Alabama to get them. That may explain why the new ones they brought out looked low quality and discolored but it doesn't change the fact that he had no clue how to properly make a sandwich or clean his station. Dirty rag and all. Franchises need to have better standards!

Subway is a giant restaurant chain, they literally have a winning formula, so it is very difficult for something to go wrong, however, I had to order from this establishment by force and it was really bad, the smell was quite unpleasant, the display cases were quite dirty and the cleaning was poor. I am a fan of Subway but I had never had to come to one here and the experience is completely different from one anywhere in Florida.
Parking: There is not too much parking lots to use

I sent my husband to subway & He pacific ask for the oven roasted turkey sandwich. he got home there wasn't no meat on the sandwiches, The Italian herb and cheese bread was very dark like burnt & super hard no it wasn't toasted either. He went back to confirm it wasn't no meat on the sandwiches & the young lady said, we don't have any turkey or chicken. Very bad business at this point. No food order has been place because, if so they would have meat in the subway. This place needs to shut down why are they open OH I know why because it in the black people neighborhood it's very sad. We doesn't have the problem in the white community PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!

I’m 99% against gentrification in my neighborhood but I swear y’all can have this establishment!! The employees that work here will lock the doors at random times throughout the day, they act as if they work at Waffle House always out front smoking a cigarette. Never got all the ingredients, never have your food ready even if you’ve ordered 30 mins prior. Just close this place and put something better on there. Subway on Campbellton way better, for some reason DoorDash insists on picking up from this terrible location
