Dislocation was completely filthy. The etiquette that these employees have is disgusting. They did not change their gloves they had outside people behind the desk with them. It was disgusting.

That short manager better watch his tone. If he’s not coordinated enough to handle mobile orders then QUIT! This the west end. Better watch how you talk to people and door dashers. The next person may not have anything to lose and act up on the spot. Get someone with some managerial skills instead of the “dollar more an hour” manager. You already have a 2.4 stars before I post this horrible review. Don’t go to this non AC working fake subway. NEVER AGAIN.

Today’s experience was horrible. I waited patiently behind 2 gentlemen no problem. Once it was my turn the gentleman behind the counter was taking all the bread from the oven, I waited patiently no problem. I was having a conversation and checking out the menu while waiting. He then proceeds to tell me you have to get off the to place an order. I questioned him on that and he changed his tune stating he had spoken to me 2x which was not true. I’m watching you sir. This was very unprofessional, rude, and uncalled for. I come here in the evenings often and I have never had this experience! I’m sitting outside now making this complaint and he is having a cigarette talking to the priest workers about me. Again very unprofessional. It is FREE TO BE COURTEOUS!
There is a manager is an older short black man. He does not have appropriate customer service. And insist on serving raw food. I had a concern and he screamed at me after many horrible encounters. I kept my composure, so talking to a customer like this is very disrespectful and disgusting.

If online orders can’t be fulfilled give the customer a call

I had a terrible experience at this Subway location. The store was supposed to open at 9:00 AM, but the doors didn’t open until 9:30. When I finally got inside, the man working there was extremely rude and wouldn’t even accept Subway coupons. Right after, he went outside to smoke in his Subway uniform, right in front of the store. The whole experience was unprofessional and disappointing—especially after I drove 22 minutes to get there. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Employee act as if he didn’t even care about his job
