Horrible. Do not trust them. This location will refuse to refund your money when they have not been honest on their online delivery (this has happened to me 3 times, I let go of it two times, now this is ridiculous). My chips and drink were not in my bag, they are so petty that they will not refund $2.89. If you contact the driver, they will say- the restaurant has put all the product into the bag that is sealed with their subway stickers. Then when you contact subway, they say they put everything in the bag and have a lot of customers so they will hang up on you, check with driver because they put everything in the bag. Lies. Subway will steal your money, will refuse to give you a refund of the product that was not delivered. I will never order from them again. I will delete my account. Whoever orders from this location, good luck to you!

Today I visited this Subway and tried to use the “Footlong Meal for $8.99” coupon. I read the fine print carefully and the Philly Cheesesteak is not excluded. The coupon only excludes Footlong Snacks, Fresh Fit, 5 Meat Italian, TurHamKen, Festive Turkey, and Festive Chicken.

Even after I showed the employee this, she refused to honor the coupon and said it was “store policy” that it only applies to items in the “daily classics” section. This restriction is nowhere on the coupon. I followed the rules exactly, yet they still denied it.

It was frustrating, unprofessional, and misleading. If Subway puts out a coupon, it should be honored as written, not changed at the register. Very disappointed with this location. I would appreciate clarification from management on why a valid coupon was not accepted and why the store is adding its own restrictions.

They refused to accept the subway coupon that came with my local newspaper saying that that store doesn't participate!

I went there this past weekend. There was only one person working in the entire store, obviously took too long to get my order.

I won't be going back to the Subway.

Go somewhere else. They are so slow. Last time I was here I was the second person in line and it was 20 minutes before they got to me. Four people walked out waiting on them to take an order. I just saw two people walk out today. I asked to contact the manager and the woman looked at me like she didn't understand even though she was speaking perfect English to another customer seconds before. It's faster to drive to another subway or the Jimmy John's down the street than to wait for them.

It was A very bad experience coming here you order food from the menu 6 inches it’s$8.29 When they check out in computer, it says $8.69 Plus tax when I ask why the price is different they said yeah it’s always different than what it shows and what we charge. It’s horrible not good customer service at all never coming back.

My girlfriend and I came to this location to get a sandwich and planned on using a coupon received in the mail. The coupon specifically was buy a footlong and get a 6” free. The coupon states no limitations but the restaurant said otherwise which happens to not be true. They told me it could only be used for deli items. I tried to use the online app and it allowed me to use the same coupon and no limitations existed. When calling the store, the male employee with long black hair with pink highlights (bad look for the business by the way) hung up in my face and refused to answer the phone when calling back. Both the African lady and white male employee working at night on 9/25/2025 need to be terminated immediately for lying. I need someone to contact me regarding this.

The currently 9:18 a.m. the website and door sign says, opens at 9 a.m.. However, the store is closed. I even took the liberty of calling the owner, yes, you guessed right, no answer. Why have a store here if you're not going to stick and stand by the opening hours.

I really like Subway. But this location is probably the worst I've ever seen. Do not order delivery from this location. The order will be wrong they will be out of something and you will still have to pay and there's nothing you can do about it. Stay away from this location. For years everyone's been saying they need a new owner and management.
