I have been here quite a few times and the food has always been like every other Subway. One issue is they run out of certain food frequently. I was recently here and they he staff kept walking away from the workstation and didn’t even say excuse me or give an explanation. As I was paying for the food one of the employees stuck his hand down his pants for what I assume to scratch an itch. Then he grabbed my sub and bagged it up for me. I was understandably disgusted. That is very unsanitary to do right in front of a customer. Icing on the cake I found a hair in my food.

I'm amazed at this small kiosk in the middle of a nearly abandoned Galleria shopping center. While attending Life University Seminars upstairs, decided to order on line, surprised and overjoyed that I will not have to drive somewhere for lunch! Not to pay for parking twice! Well, 100+ other attendees decided to have subway too. They quickly ran out of items, sending a runner for fresh items. I waited for the line to dwindle before approaching. Yes, they were out of spinach so we swaped for lettuce on my wrap. The gentleman very apologetic. Assuring me that if he were aware of such a large seminar that did not cater food, he would have been better prepared. & They were indeed! Extra staff and fully stocked toppings. For the remaining 2 days of the seminar.

Participating Life university extravaganza, I decided to have subway sandwich in Cobb Galleria; I stayed in a busy lines15 people ahead of me- to get a turkey sandwich, the quality of food was bad and not to a subway standard. Very soon they have ran out of their vegetables like, spinach, bell pepper, cucumbers red onions and others. By the time it was my turn, I noticed most vegetables are gone and the size of bread was not subway standard ! Having limited time to a something to eat and go back to class, had no choice but to order. I, complained very politely to a subway worker-a hard working gentlemen- about why aren’t you bringing more vegetables to satisfy the needs of customer, and why the quality of sandwich including the size of bread is smaller than it should be!? No professional explanations was given or a viable solution taken to correct a sub-standard quality of food! Even though this subway knew there is going to be more than usually customers coming to get a bit to eat they decided to provide sub-standard food to customers! I doubt the branch owner didn’t know what to expect ahead of time on Thursday!!!Providing sub-standard food to customers, will reduce the cost of overhead for owner!

I'm giving this review based on going here during the AWA convention.They stay open late and are QUICK. The a-team was on both nights when I went past midnight with a line of 20 people. In line and out in well under ten mins.

Says it’s open till 10. Showed up at 9:20 and everything was shutdown. Then while heading back to our hotel room a security guard verbally assaulted us saying that we were trespassing in a closed mall (even though the doors were clearly unlocked).Would not recommend.
Tan our sandwich maker was great! She made the sandwiches overflowing with deliciousness and was very kind to me and my girls. We love coming to this Subway shop because of the wonderful attention we receive!
