We ordered catering take-out for a big group that was attending the Junior Theatre Festival. I was very impressed with how accommodating the woman we were dealing was. Her communication was excellent, she helped with adding a few items to our order, and even checked in with us after our meal to make sure everything went well. She went above and beyond. Thank you!!

After I moved to cumberland, I regularly come to this place for lunch: twice a week and ordered footlong bmt through their app every time. The food was decent, but the serving amount constantly goes down. Last weekend, each type of meat was 1 piece less than usual, and the vegetable was even less than the meat! Subways usually give at least 3x vegetable compared to meat, if you picked lettuce. Probably because I used a 20% off discount on the app, but it’s certain they are cutting the serving on purpose. I don’t want to pay $10 for a baked bread so last weekend is my last visit.

The $6 meal I wanted was displayed on another day therefore my meal was priced more. I had the ham and cheese sub meal which was 4 dollars more than the 6 dollar meal for that day but it was still delicious.

5 stars for Jay! He makes the best picture perfect sandwiches that not only look good, but are equally distributed with taste. Always makes sure I have my napkins and a nice dry bag for my sandwiches. Always polite always working by himself when I come in. Give the man a raise.great knowledge on the rewards app as well. 10/10.

Terrible service. The employee working night shift 3-18-25 with the dreads/two strands has a horrible attitude problem. Completely snapped on me when I asked him not to toast my sandwich. Judging by the amount of bad reviews specifically mentioning him I’d stay far away from this subway location.
To the employee here by himself on January 10, 2025. You were great and even though you were backed up on orders you still made us some great subs. Appreciate the service and have a great night.

Terrible service...the boy with dreads working touched the touchscreen and clothes etc...all I told him can he change his gloves before making my sandwich...the dude snaps amd argues and argues...in front in front of others customers as well...fire this garbage

Wasn’t asked what all I wanted on my sandwich before it was thrown in the toaster. Hardly any meat on the sandwich, wasn’t asked if I wanted any cheese, just absolutely pitiful excuse for a subway. Not to mention when I asked why she didn’t ask if I wanted any cheese before toasting it, she spoke in Spanish to a coworker. All I said was no sriracha, she then asked if I wanted onions and peppers to which I said no. Never thought I’d get a subway that didn’t have cheese on it, prior to baking. No point in getting it after- hot sandwich and cold cheese isn’t a great combo. Very disappointing and reading the other reviews she seems to be a constant issue.
