Messed my order on Uber eats, ordered a tuna and a meatball, got delivered 2 tunas!, and my other son is allergic to seafood, called them several times, they never answer phone. Now I had to reorder and pay delivery again and make my other son wait and wait and pay double, very bad service. At least answer phone and make it right!

$20 a sandwich is absolutely ridiculous. This is fast food. This will be the last time I'm ever going to Subway. I was wondering before I went why it had been years since my last visit. Now I remember.
The worker unable to communicate was also very frustrating. Slow down and listen. It's embarrassing that you can't take an order without calling someone else in to help.

They wouldn’t give my DoorDash driver my food so I was unable to eat lunch on my break time. I had to spend more time getting my money refunded as they also failed to cancel my order. I work in the service industry and I’m very surprised at this poor customer service. It’s really bad

If I would hate my job like the small employee with the long braid hair I would just quit. I felt sorry for ordering food. Why do you apply for a job if u just don’t like dealing with customers… food was okay and served with same attitude

They don't take coupons at this location. after struggling trying to find the place. Very hard to find.

I don’t think it is hygienic that there was a puppy in the kitchen area. Never going back. The lady working let one of her people in the employee door who had a puppy. This happened Tuesday March 18 around 11:30am.
If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I don’t know who prepares the cookies but the way they served them was absolutely unacceptable. I had to go to the ER because they made me so violently ill. This was 4 days ago and I’m just now well enough to type the review you all deserve. Count your days. If I were a patron (which I can assure you I will never be again) I would surely poke the middle of the cookies to make sure your fingerprint hasn’t left indentations in the dough. Management, please make sure your employees do a thorough job of ensuring the safety of your patrons.
The experience was okay but they gave me a raw cookie.
