I’ve been a loyal Subway customer for years I even lost 187 pounds eating Subway. But at the Edgewood Ave SE location near Grady, I was treated with extreme rudeness by a staff member who denied me restroom access while my wife was buying food. As a disabled veteran, this was hurtful and disrespectful. Poor representation of Subway, especially in a Black neighborhood that supports this business.

I haven't even finished eating my food yet, it took 5 minutes and they were already kicking me out. I definitely didn't recommend it. Bad, very bad, I'll never come back. I think it was racial discrimination. So if you're thinking about eating, look somewhere else.

My child who is 10 had to go to the bathroom really bad and they refused to let him use it. The girl lied to me and said it was broken. Both bathrooms? If she would have said it was for customers only I would have been more than happy to purchase food or drink. I thought there was a law against refusing a bathroom for children and pregnant women.
