My child who is 10 had to go to the bathroom really bad and they refused to let him use it. The girl lied to me and said it was broken. Both bathrooms? If she would have said it was for customers only I would have been more than happy to purchase food or drink. I thought there was a law against refusing a bathroom for children and pregnant women.

The Staff named Fahad a guy. , along with a girl , they dont want to work at all in this location they will be rude towards all people , i had a order and watching them how they were making , they rudely say to sit down as if im an alien , they dont have attiquete to talk to a customer , when i had asked the name of the employee he says John but the name tag says FAHAD , i think they are working wrong here thats the reason they are saying wrong names , i would not recommend any American member to come at this location and too their tables are dirty and nasty there are stains in yhe table like 3 to 4 days old, literally look at the quantity are we paying 10 bucks for this quantity i recommend to stop coming at this outlet

Subway's really went downhill over the past few years I'll tell you what food quality service asking for a tip for a crap sandwich and the last time the guy put so much salt on it it was inedible. Disappointed because Subway used to be good.

The store is close but I ordered delivery because I can't leave my job to go get it. The app changed my delivery address, so I never received my order. I went through doordash to get a redelivery, which the store canceled because they said that they didn't receive payment. I called the store several times, all they kept telling me is that I need to go through doordash for a refund, doordash is telling me the store handles refunds since it was through the app. This store is a joke. Don't order here I beg you.

I ordered ahead and walked over from Grady hospital to pickup the order. They didn't give me the double meat I paid $3 additional for. I think it was done on purpose. Some of these subway owners are very frugal. Even if you're paying full price, they still look to cut corners.

Sign on door says that the restaurant opens at 9am. Got here at 9:45am and the doors were locked. Saw a woman behind the counter holding her hands up as in she was saying give me 10 minutes. 10 minutes later she still didn't open the doors. Smh

Do not eat at this place!! There was a roach in my tuna sub when asked for a refund they were very rude and didn’t want to refund me! They still refuse to be any kind of help with giving me my money back. They have poor customer services as well!!

The crew in this location are the rudest! They voided my BOGO footlong order twice that you do online for a promo that is limited time. They only like walk up customers who are seemingly clueless to online deals, this isn't fare to me, I have 2 orders on hold on my card I didn't get. The male manager said they don't honor the BOGO offer, he is so nasty he should realize you can't treat customers so disrespectfully.
