On 8/23/2024 at 11:45 am to pick-up a delivery order. There was a man with dark hair and a woman behind the counter. I went up to the counter and asked for the order, and the guy said it wasn’t ready yet. I saw that it was just a receipt printed on the counter. There was only 1 customer in line at the time.

15 minutes later, there are now two more customers in line and no update as to when the pick-up order would be ready, so I left.

Terrible and frustrating service. They don't understand their menu items. Asked for a Beast sandwich ended up with a beef sandwich (photo). Instead of 1/2 of meat which should have consisted of ham, pepperoni, salami, turkey and beef. And 3 other sandwiches. Ended giving up repeatedly correcting the server as they didn't have a clue what they were doing for all the sandwiches. Also item amounts have been reduced so you don't get as much!You have been warned!

Worst staff I've ever seen. They demand a tip before they will make your sandwich. Paid 30.00 for 2- foot long steak and cheese. But only got 2 foot long pieces of bread and a tea spoon of meat. Worst place to eat. They actually told me if I didn't like it get out.

I ordered from the app, and the order was veggie patty sub. When I picked the order, reached home, I saw the sub without patty, it was juts a veggie delight..I don't understand why do I have to face this in subways, they need to be mindful of the order before focusing on the speed .
