Came in and got a meal with my partner and the experience was efficient and fast. We got our subs to-go and they were amazing when we got home.

Ordered a 6 inches sandwich and got 2 thin slices of tasteless fake cheese and turkey I think (who knows) with lots of lettuce and bits of veggie toppings on some the parts of the sandwich as usual. Basically bread and lettuce done in a hurry by unhappy employees. Bad cost benefit compared to other food options. Even Publix supermarkets can do much better sandwiches. Not coming back. Not worthy it. Anyone can do a better sandwich at home with less money.

They are not welcoming. They skimp on the sandwich giving the bare minimum meat and/or vegetables and they are always out or running low on something. Today I went and they were out of mayo. Unacceptable for a sandwich shop!

The workers were unwelcoming and the food was very disappointing! We ordered on the app and sat in the restaurant. Tried the new footlong pepperoni dipper and they served it with just two pepperonis and then a quarter teaspoon of cheese. Seriously?? There's NO WAY that is Subway's standard.

On Google and on the actual door, it's posted it opens at 9am. It's currently 9:31am and the door is locked, open light is off and there's is obviously no one inside. I'm mad cuz I really wanted to try the new wraps. Oh well.

Bad service and experience. Ordered on the app while in the store, to use an app only discount, the app did not have the sandwiches we wanted as options but they were on the board in the store. Had to make do and edit another sandwich - I added bacon to it at an extra charge and was given a single piece of bacon for the entire foot long sandwich. I didn’t have enough filling in my sandwich and had huge bits of bread on either end left after eating it. The woman working was rude and had very poor communication. There was a ladder lying in the middle of the floor causing a trip and safety hazard the whole time we were there. Drink machine was nasty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Now usually I never have a problem when the women are there. Today I got a meatball sub extra sauce. Now I hate when workers think if they give extra sauce it comes out their pockets or they losing something. This bread was dry af and today the meatballs were not hot they were luke warm???‍♀️??‍♀️

This place is very rude! I placed an order online and it’s like they were mad that I took advantage of Subways promotion!! Definitely not friendly experience and would recommend you driving to another location before coming here!! I work in customer service and understand that sometimes you get frustrated but that’s never a reason to make your customers the people making sure your establishment stays open feel unwelcomed! If you don’t like ya job the don’t go!! Put this place out of business like they deserve!!

It was late at night, I was hungry…I also needed a few things at Walmart. Decided, Subway is light for this time of night…10:30pm. First, the sandwich maker didn’t speak English. Next, she didn’t know how to make the turkey and bacon wrap, and the meat portion was very small. Third, she wrapped it poorly. Lastly, $14 for wrap?! Never again!!! I will go to bed hungry before I eat at this particular Subway. The taste was there (2 stars) but due to small portions, I was left eating the wrap with no ingredients…sigh.
