I have never had a subway sandwich this bare. I ordered online and when I got home it looked like I only ordered bread!!

I asked for a kids meal. He gave me 1 thin slice of meat and 1 triangle piece of cheese. He said no lettuce, no tomato, nothing goes on the sandwich. Then he offers me milk to go with it. I will continue to go to Publix. These franchise owners are the worst.

Barely any ingredients on my sub. Ordered a cold cut combo online. Should have checked it before getting back in my car. There was one incredibly thin piece of bologna and one ridiculously thin piece of salami. That's it - basically see-through meat. Sure, the lettuce and tomatoes were fine - but that's not what you order. Lots of options around here, fortunately. Won't come back here again.

Literally the worst subway , this is the closest location to me & everytime I go in here it’s just lack of everything they seem like they don’t wanna be there . They never give u the right amount of meat or mayo or anything u ask for on your sandwich. & when u correct them it’s the biggest issue , this place needs to be shut down at this point . No owners or something . They are extremely rude ! I started doing mobile orders because I got tired of the attitude every time I went in there . But even with the mobile order they slight u on everything. They don’t give u what u asked for or give u less that ! I even go as far as paying for extra meat or cheese or Watever and they still don’t get it right ! DO BETTER !!!
Staff are very polite. Food is made very quickly after ordering in the app. Today the soda machine wasn’t working which was a little annoying. I can tell there probably a problem with homeless stealing and soliciting to customers but I’m sure the staff is as fed up as anyone and I don’t blame them.

Falsely advertising a promotion that they refuse to honor. They have had this promotion decal on their window for a month and this is the second time I went in a month apart and the person working there said they aren’t honoring the deal and it’s for next month, the time before that same guy stated the deal was over and hadn’t taken down sign down.
If they isn’t something you are offering take the decal down and stop false advertising to get people in.
There are several other subway that have this sign and participating on this offer.

The sub was dry with very little mayonnaise. The staff seemed annoyed when I came and quickly handed me my food and went back to talking. Manager claimed drink machine was broken and give me a 20 oz drink rather than the cup of soft drink I wanted. The sub was C-, the service was lackluster and no one was eating in there. Take this review as you will!
