I recently moved to this area. I’ve been to this subway a plethora of times and service was ok. One particular day I decided to do delivery due to being lazy and not wanting to drive just around the corner. BIG MISTAKE. Order time 6:31pm. Total $23.93 My arrival went from 6:49pm to 7:11pm to 7:34pm. I immediately go to the subway app to cancel but I couldn’t. I was directed to DoorDash with a contact number to cancel which called the store. Asked if my order could be cancelled because I don’t want a soggy sandwich and that I would just come pick it up. Worker said they couldn’t cancel. I contacted DoorDash and while on hold received a notification about the cancellation. DoorDash instructed me that subway would refund me ($23.93) and they would reimburse them. Sounds easy and simple right!!! WRONG
A week later and I have yet to receive a refund. I drove to the subway today to discuss and try to resolve the issue. The worker still had my receipt taped on the wall. He called the owner who I also spoke with and he was very rude. Saying that he canceled the order and basically did his part and for me to co fact DoorDash. Just a lot of back and forth. I’m a subway girl because I love their steak sandwiches and cookies but I will no longer support this location if any at all due to this experience.

Food was good, the only reason I give three stars is because they have an outdated display menu. I asked for a wrap and if they sell wraps because I see it as a bread option. He continues to pull out a flatbread like i don’t know the difference between the two. If you don’t have wraps just say you no longer serve wraps don’t mumble under your breath and pull out whatever the closes thing you think I want that resembles a wrap. Overall I enjoyed the food but the customer service is lacking.

The customer service provided was unacceptable. The employee behind the counter was highly inattentive and lacked a welcoming energy. Her service was noticeably slow, and she became entirely preoccupied with directing a co-worker on an order for the next customer. This resulted in her completely ignoring my direct questions. When I repeated my question to the person assisting her, the initial employee displayed an unprofessional demeanor. To say the least, I’d never recommend this location with the level of service received. I noticed multiple review complaining about her demeanor and it seems there has been no correction to the poor service she provides. I’d think Subway would not appreciate the brand she is presenting on their behalf.

I had a disappointing experience at this Subway location. They don’t accept Subway COUPON, and when I asked about it, the staff informed me in a very rude manner. Despite that, I still went ahead and placed my order—but there was no greeting, no smile, and the overall attitude felt unwelcoming.

To make things worse, I noticed the cutting board and knife were not clean, which made me question the hygiene practices here. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to this location. There are other Subway stores with better service and cleanliness.

The woman at the front counter making the subs today (Friday May 15th , 12:40am) was EXTREMELY UNPLEASANT. Rolled her eyes when I asked for more mustard because she only put one thin strip. 3 banana peppers….toasted my sub when I clearly communicated that I didn’t want it toasted. She doesn’t make good subs. Let her bake the bread or something…make some cookies perhaps. Then , she handed me my sub aggressively like she could care less. Her aura was killing my vibe. Yeah , this was my last time at this location. Service was trash.

We just had a very pleasant visit at this location. The young man who served us did so cheerfully and skillfully. He seemed to be happy when he saw us happy. What a gift on a busy day.

We were starving and stopped here at 9:40pm. They were open with customers inside. They locked the doors!!! They even saw us standing outside, and would not unlock the doors for us. Wow- you need to fire your employees. This was tonight- 7/11/2024.
