It was nice! We rolled in quite late but they were still very kind! I love food from subway a it's a much healthier alternative than what I usually eat! There's 4 stars on service because they didn't really ask me the amount of anything I wanted for the sub I was building; in their defence it was late! All and all I would recommend!

Rude. Didn’t open at 9am like it was supposed to, and when I asked when it will be opened, that was interpreted as “talking crap” because “he host got there”.

Ordered through uber eats. Ham sub with sprite and 2 cookies. Ham was cut extremely thick and was sweating, could not finish sub it was so gross. No straw for fountain drink. Given wrong type of cookies. Disappointed to say the least.

I was harassed by a worker here he had on a black shirt. I asked him politely to change my meat and he would not, he was being rude from the very start and was very rude when I asked him simple questions. There were no toppings on the sandwich and he was so disrespectful. I work in the food industry and I have never experienced anyone so rude and disrespectful in my life. Subway please do something about this. I never make reviews but I cried I have never ever experienced treatment like this.

Not sure if permanently closed or just not open during the hours it's listed as being open. Either way, it's past 9 and the doors are locked with nobody inside.
The Hispanic man that works here is rude. Also, what I believe is the owner is also rude. Very weird energy from these people.

This is literally the worst subway ever , I ordered my sub around 8:10 and of course my pickup was 8:35. The door was locked when I was there, the lights and everything were on so someone was definitely inside. I knocked on the door and the glass , WAITING outside the subway for 15-20 mins (waiting out in downtown atl for that long isn't that safe in the night btw) and NO BODY came out. It wasn't closed, obviously, and no one bothered. My pickup was just lying there and who ever was working that shift didn't have the decency to even understand that someone ordered a pickup and they might come so I have to be at the counter for a bit. This was a trash experience and they really need to consider the staff who worked this specific shift

I ordered a meatball wrap from this location. And as I got to the end of the wrap I bit into a fingernail that definitely wasn't mine. The guys behind the counter need to start wearing gloves before preparing food for people. Be weary of eating at this location unless you want to find a fingernail in your food. Because I know for certain this is my last time eating here.
