This store never has what they need or what they sale like un hygiene bowls, sauces, bags, spices etc. Their inventory is always low. There is a middle/older age guy that works there who is always rude. I overlooked it once before when he interacted rudely with another customer but it’s gotten worse. He has absolutely no customer service skills and it appears that the store owner doesn’t mind as he listening to his unprofessionalism. I am real disappointed in this business and if you want to be treated like a valued customer, this place is NOT it.

I don't have any issue with the efficiency of this shop or how well they handle mobile orders, which I almost always do. My beef with this place is the incredibly cheap owner(s), who NEVER participate in any of the national promotions. $3 off coupon in the app? Nope. The recent $6.99 footlong deal? Nope. It's a wonder my reward discounts work; I'm confident if they had a way to get out of that they'd do that too. If you order here, just be aware they opt out of everything else literally all the competing locations do. Subway corporate really needs to put pressure on their franchise status. I used to tip here, especially since my first job way back when I was a sandwich artist, but I'm not anymore as long as ownership cheaps out on their customers over discount programs.

I was incredibly disappointed tonight by this experience. They barely put any cheese or meat or any of the other ingredients on my sandwich when I ordered the Hotshot Italiano. The Hotshot Italiano is supposed to have double the meat on the sandwich and the price is higher than most sandwiches. The atmospherebis always uncomfortable and the service is TERRIBLE. I want my time and money back.

I got the wrong food from an employee. I do not blame him for not speaking the best of English, it was completely not his fault. However, his lazy manager that was sitting at a table as if he was a customer watched his employee botch my meal. I asked for a chicken salad sandwich and I got a rotisserie sandwich. I know he knew his employee messed up because not only did he hear me express I want a chicken salad sandwich he was the one who rung it up. I decided that I would keep my sandwich due to me being on a short lunch break. Moral of the story, go to a different subway. It’s a shame because I work in the area and I will not be coming to this subway.

I, generally,, don't leave reviews, especially for fast food restaurants, BUT...The manager was very rude and mean. He told me I couldn't add the toppings the app. didn't allow me to add when I ordered online. I worked at Subway for 13 years and knew he was being difficult and nasty for no reason. Fortunately, a regular employee decided to walk the fine line and help me while not offending the mgr. and his lack of decency.

I order(ed) here semi-frequently since they're the closest subway to me. About 1 of every 3 or 4 times there is something wrong with the order despite it being simple subs off their menu. Several times now the salami that is supposed to come with the hotshot Italiano has been swapped for ham, how this mistake is made so frequently is beyond me. FOLLOW YOUR OWN MENU AND STOP MESSING IT UP, this is simply pathetic. I hope this franchise goes under fast and I'm doing my part by never going here again.

Made a online order 40 minutes to prior to arrival, food was not ready owner or staff refuse to serve the food even with online recipes. POS doesn't seem to recognize my transactions as well. Staff was interested to resolve the issue and left with out collecting refund nor food. Not going back there...

everytime I come to this subway it’s an issue. Their worked never understand what you need. Never make the order right then wanna argue with you because they messed up the order. Every single time. never fails.

Terrible experience. The staff was very rude. When trying to use a coupon, the staff and manager tried to add extra restrictions on what subs we could get that were not listed on the coupon. Very dishonest.

The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was filthy, and there was standing water in the bathroom. The mop and bucket with dirty water were sitting in the hall by the bathrooms.

This place needs new management ASAP.

This is one of the worst Subway's I have been to. They give the absolute bare minimum ingredients on every sandwich, you have to bark at them to give you more than 4 slices of each meet on a 12$ footlong. All the male employees have huge beards and no hair nets or anything, take your money somewhere else. Subway is and should be failing across the US.
