Visited here on Labor Day. Ordered Chicken and Veg Sandwich. The food here is so horrible and we have to throw our entire food. Oh Yah! We were the only customer at the entire place. The bread was uncooked, cold and all the ingredients were not fresh and stinks bad. Not a place to visit if you are fond of Subway and expecting the same.

Been to this Subway twice. Once ordering in and other picking up an order I did through the app. Both times have been beyond horrible. I love Subway and every other location have had nothing but good/normal experiences.The lady that works there who I was serviced by both times has been incredibly rude for basically no reason. I don’t know if we just caught her on bad days but it still feels less than justified. Will not be returning to this location.

I came here today on my lunch break. The customer service was okay. I enjoyed my tuna sub but they were out of the cheese and broccoli soup. The veggies looked fresh and it was clean inside. I will probably come to this location again.

This is the best subway I’ve been to. Abby was so nice and sweet. I haven’t ate subway in a minute and she was very patient with me and helped me figure out what I wanted. I definitely recommend. Everything taste very fresh and the store was very clean.

It says it opens from 9 am to 9pm and it's not open the manager is never there either and it seems like they can't keep worker's

I don't recommend this place. I like Subway very much but I can't wrap my head around this place. They close whenever they feel like (ranging from 11am to........). There are days when they don't open! Half the time they are closed with open sign. My review is based on almost daily observation because I walk by this location everyday. I don't know how are they able to stay in that location with staying closed for the most part.

THE SIGN WILL READ OPEN BUT NO ONE IS THERE...THIS PLACE IS BARELY OPEN , PROBABLY OPEN 3 TIMES A WEEK AT BEST....& I LIKE THIS LOCATION THE BEST..NICEST GUY THERE WAS A HANDSOME GUY WITH RED LOCKS, HE WAS SPECIAL!...EVERYONE ELSE IS RUDE OR SOMETIMEY..?..SUBWAY HEADQUARTERS/OWNERS HELP! ASAP!!

This subway has one of the best locations in midtown and they are rarely open. Every time I come here to try and get food after work, they aren’t open. Sign posted says they are open until 8pm during the week. I’ve yet to see it.

The sad part about their poor service, the staff including management have no accountability for providing poor service. I have asked several times for a resolution, point of contact or at least an acknowledgment for their failure in complying with safety and engagement policies. Please contact me

I ordered my food online and paid. I received a message saying my food was ready for pick up. I left my job to pick up my order and the location was closed. no one was there. I gota get my money back.

Said it was open till 9, showed up at 6:45 and was closed. Store hours not updated, beware before u waste your time.
