I was in this subway at 8:00pm on 08/24. I walked to the side door which was locked then to the front where 1 out of the 2 doors was also locked. I’ve never had this happen. Why are doors locked while the business is open? Seems like a fire hazard and safety hazard. Anyway…I told the worker I had a pick up for James (my bfs name) and he told me to grab a tea out of the fridge and a pack of sun chips. I knew my bf also got a drink and chips so I said “I also got a baked lays” I grabbed them too “and I got a 20oz drink” so he turns the bag back around and has to look at the receipt again like I’m lying to him. So he points to the 20oz drink cups which I get. So here’s the real kicker…my bf order COKEACOLA! From the fountain. It was on the app. THEY DONT HAVE IT! Then to make matters worse for about 2 weeks now THE SODA FOUNTAIN isn’t restocked! The Pepsi doesn’t work the Dr Pepper doesn’t work. Does the franchisee know that this location is being run like a scam? Because when I asked for a drink out of the refrigerator because I was unable to get a soda I ordered the worker said this “it’s a price difference” but what’s funny to me is last time I had an issue the workers just let me grab replacements! I took a few seconds to decide if I wanted a verbal fight. I wanted a verbal fight. “I said no this is a convenience issue this is the second time in a few weeks this soda machine hasn’t worked!” And the he pointed to the lemonade and brisk tea! “Those work” well I didn’t order those. “I said I will be contacting customer service and calling corporate” and I meant it. I will get into contact WILL EVERY possible outlet I can to get this resolved even call other subways to inform them of this behavior. I want the the franchisee who makes 10-13% back on their investment to contact me. And to that ignorant worker… I’m extremely upset on how you conduct business inside your store. And even worse when I got home MY ORDER WAS WRONG! You go back on that camera and see I didn’t want onions on my turkey sub 6” and then watch the fool who made my sandwich put onions on it. That’s all. Don’t go here unless you’re absolutely desperate for subway and don’t expect them to have the drinks you want.

So I order a sandwich online and when I got here they said the bread wasn’t available but I’m looking right at the bread they said some people already order it and nobody is in the store. They said it was an online order just like mine. I told them I don’t want the sandwich and I want my money back and that was the only thing they did right.

I sent my boyfriend to pick up my sandwhich for me. I ordered a cold cut with extra cheese and meat but when I received it they gave me regular potion of meat and just 2 slices of cheese. Stop charging people for extra stuff if you won’t give them the extra things they PAID for. IM SO SICK OF THESE CHAINS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF…

We are from Kentucky. We were in Atlanta to see an oncologist. Before our appointment, we came across this Subway and decided to eat lunch. We ate a tuna sub. It was delicious! The workers, middle Eastern couple, took great care of us. They spoke well and were patient and kind. As we left they said they would remember us in their prayers. Highly recommend this Subway. Great food and service.

Every day I show up between 9 AM - 10 AM since no other place (with okay-ish vegan options) is open at this time. And every single day the staff either isn’t there or the door is still locked.

I order subway and tuna subs all of the time and never have any complaints. This subway in particular has tuna that tastes off. I took two bites to make sure I wasn't imagining things and brought it back as discreetly as possible. Lady tried to argue with me and refuse me a refund and told me to void it at Subways website (huh) or through my bank. Really weird and uncomfortable experience.

The food is horrendous. They completely got my order wrong and it’s not like I asked for something specific. I just ordered what was on the default menu!!

Never ordering from here again. Hopefully subway takes notice of this and shut this place down for good.
