Ordered 2 x footlong subs for my family. When I picked up the order and came home, we realized that there was only a footlong sub and a six inch sub. Really annoyed and won't be coming back.

The 2 ladies that work there are VERY rude. There is no point in placing your order online. It won’t be ready. They won’t acknowledge you, or greet you, and will continue to just look at you with stern looks. They will try to make you still get in line for your order because they don’t want to read the receipt of what you would like on your sandwich. The point of online ordering is convenience of getting in and out quickly AND not stand in line. They will proceed to talk trash about you in their language.

I ordered 20 minutes ahead and still had to wait for my sandwich to be made… what was the point of ordering ahead then? I don’t blame the employee at all cause it’s just one lady. Why not have two people on the shift?

Two ladies work here in morning time they don’t know how to make a sandwiches. Please give them proper training and how to greet local customers. One lady is literally throwing the veggies in the sandwich. Look how messy. Customer is pay for their sandwiches.I will never comeback here.

The store hours says Mon-Fri 9a-10p. I left work to come get a sandwich at 9:15 & the store is not open at all. This is NOT the 1st time this has happened ???

I visited this subway for the first time. I approached the line and began to place my order. The waiter saw that I had a coupon and immediately told me he wasn't excepting the coupon. I said this is a subway coupon for your location why aren't you accepting this and he had no explanation. I asked was he the manager and he said no. After I asked him that question he said he will give me a discount but not the coupon. As I reached the counter to pay they had no chips so I took a cookie. I was charged full price for the meal. Terrible service and worst first time experience.

I visited this subway around 9:00pm. I placed my order and presented a subway coupon. The server looked at the coupon and said he will not accept this coupon. I asked him why and he did not answer my question. I later said this is a valid coupon for subway and you’re not going to accept it, and he said no with no explanation. Later I asked if he was the manager and he said no I’m not the manager. Then he said I’ll just give you a discount but I’m not accepting your coupon. I have been trying to reach the manager for a day now to let him know he has terrible help. The coupon was for a meal that included chips and drink and they had no chips so he gave me a free cookie but charged me full price for a meal with no chips

I'm glad I stopped at this location The lady who helped me was very friendly and professional. The sandwich was phenomenal. In and out easy peasy.

The guys on night shift is always out of bread never stocked up on ingredients always not clean like a restaurant should be and the morale throughout the establishment make you not even want to order from here. This place really does need a clean up crew to do some proper etiquette on CSR and health department cleaning codes. The food is a 5/10.
