Hello, I wanted to share some feedback about this Subway location. The floors are extremely sticky and appear overdue for deep cleaning or replacement. The food service areas also look very worn and dirty—even when they’ve been wiped down—which gives the impression of poor upkeep. The trash can behind the counter, in particular, is very unsanitary, and the soda machine rarely works properly (mostly foam and difficult to use).

That said, the staff are always courteous, efficient, and friendly. There are never long lines at this location, and the service is consistently quick — which is the main reason I continue to come back. It’s clear the employees take pride in their work and do their best with what they have.

Despite the issues with the drink machine and the outdated, unappealing appearance, I do appreciate that the restaurant maintains a 100 health rating, which speaks well to cleanliness practices. I just wish the owner would invest a bit into updating the environment — it would make a huge difference for customers who would love to visit more often.

This is the 2nd time I ordered online for pick up at this Subway & they charged my card twice plus they make it hard to get my money back. I call them. I visit them. I talk to my bank. At every turn I get the run around. The sandwich is good but stop double charging me. I want a refund immediately. My last resort is I will have to reach out to BBB or FTC.

I ordered a platter for a work meeting at the last minute. Not only was the food awesome the packaging was a nice presentation as well. This location defintely lives up to the fresh concept. I received several compliments. Multiple meats, different breads, and the veggies on the side had everyone smiling. I picked up immediately after opening and met the actual owner, Chris, who was really cheerful and helpful. I'll defintely be back. As a true foodie very few places receive 5 stars from me, so they were certainly top notch!

Went in to get me some lunch and had a horrible experience . There was someone at the register when I came in and I spoke he ignored me . He was leaving from behind the register when I came in so he came back to fix my food and I spoke again and still nothing . A guy came from the back he told the guy “Can you fix this one for me ?” and walked off so the other guy asked what I’d like . My order was SIMPLE ! Just a foot long on white bread with lettuce and mayo . Got to my car and started eating my sandwich and not only was there cheese hidden under the lettuce but also ONIONS on my sandwich ! THEY SHOULD SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN ! They don’t want to work ! Very disgusting .

I was a tad bit disappointed in the amount chicken salad on my footlong. Very skimpy. I don't know if it is store policy or what but I was not pleased. The worker was fine but the amount of food at that price was not acceptable. I did not make a scene but I made a mental note to not purchase from Subway again. PUBLIX I'm coming baby!!

Enter the store was greeted very well the young lady behind counter was attentive and let me know she would be with me momentarily because there was someone before me. She really made me feel welcome took my order made my sandwich with perfection and was so polite while doing so. As I was leaving I asked her name because she is what customer service looks like thank you Ah'layzia.

Something about the ingredients here are fresher than most places ( downtown Atlanta off Moreland ). Everyone is always in a good mood and remembers who you are.
