Something about the ingredients here are fresher than most places ( downtown Atlanta off Moreland ). Everyone is always in a good mood and remembers who you are.

I got the pro #16 All-Pro Sweet Onion Teriyaki with provalone and added mozzarella cheese. IT WAS SO GOOD! I got lots of spinach instead of lettuce and also got cucumbers, black olives, tomatoes, jalapenos, green peppers, onions and black pepper. I know it doesn't sound like what you would normally do with teriyaki, but the flavors really work together. I got it all on Honey Oat bread. Everyone should try this!

I ordered a meatball sub and forgot to tell the guy less sauce. He proceeded to make comments to his coworker talking bad about me and how i shiuld have told him before. Then finally I told him I was sorry he was having a bad day. He said since he's having a bad day I won't be eating today and refused to serve me and threw the sandwich away. I've never experienced this before and was shocked. He said he was the franchise owner chris Brunson but I find that hard to believe. I was on lunch and didn't get a chance to stop to get something else.

I placed an online order to get the BOGO deal. When I picked up my order the meatball sub had old dried-out meatballs and very little sauce. The California sub had a glob of guacamole on it the lettuce was old and turning brown. I was very disappointed in this purchase I will never eat at this location again.

I came in this morning at 10:00am, I asked the young lady was the bread fresh? She stated yes. The bread looked like it had been there overnight. I got home, the bread was so tough, I couldn't chew it. Horrible!!! I tried to call the store and couldn't get thru. The store phone lines have calling restrictions. A waste of my money.

Food poisoning. Worker didn't give me napkins, when I asked she gave me 3. Other dude was sweeping getting debris in my food the whole time, but when other customers came he put the broom up. This location is overrated and should be shut down for negligence and food safety.
