Couple things: 1. I ordered this via doordash and asked for multi grain, and received flatbread. Granted they could have been out and had to substitute, which with doordash you have to make a judgement call, I get it.
2. There was plastic in my food. I could have forgiven the incorrect order, it tasted fine... But as someone who has worked in the food service industry for 14 years, across 5 different companies, I'm beyond pissed.
I love supporting my local community, and keeping what spending money I do have, circulating with those businesses closest to me. But this establishment lost a customer, simple as that.

He doesn’t take coupons that most other Subways accept. Trying to support a black owned Subway, but unfortunately I have been turned away more than once because they won’t honor a coupon.

i never write reviews but have to this time simply because Patrick is AMAZING!! I always place my order online and sometimes include specific instructions, and every sub i’ve had made by him has not only been exactly the way i wanted it, but also are just the best subway sandwiches i’ve had. It’s fast food so i don’t ever expect much, but Patrick actually cares about making a good sandwich and it’s greatly appreciated. Not to mention he is so kind to me every time I come in, so thank you for being awesome Patrick :)

I can't remember the Gentleman's name,medium height black, wears glasses. From the first time I entered the establishment he greeted me and said, I will be with you in just a minute. He answered all of my questions about the different types of bread and explained the Menu. He was so pleasant, respectful and helpful, he's a Great example of Customer Service. Subway picked a Winner, he represents the Company well. I have returned several times since then and others will also,because of the Great Service, Clean Environment and Delicious Food. The Cookies were delicious as well.

Food was good not enough on the menu, prices ok but other Indian places are cheaper in the area. Service was very good. All in all it was good not great a bit pricey for what you get and menu is too small. But the service is great parking is free and it's definitely worth a try.

Always fresh! I order my sandwich ahead of time and it's always waiting for me. Ingredients seem fresh and properly made. Will continue to frequent this establishment.
