They advertize salads and bowls but do not make them. Then when you ask why they say see my manager and are really rude and dismissive saying may i have the next customer Good place to avoid

Sign right there saying open till 10:30. 9:58 they’re already packing all sandwich stuff up yet offering only drinks and chips. Clearly just people trying to get home earlier and making customers pay the price for their lazy decisions. Looking at you with a cold feeling less stare as you call out what’s going on. Sad. Owner take note - seems some people need to be let go.

the young lady who was making my sandwich was doing all that talking instead preparing my sandwich. my break is only 30 minutes. her and the lady with the gold braids poor customer service

After traveling all day went to get a sandwich at about 8:00 PM (they close at 10:30) and there was a line of people. They looked at all of us and said they were out of bread and wouldn’t be making anymore food. The customer behind me points at all of the bread clearly in the bread display and says “is this not bread?” And the girl working goes “uhhhhhhhhhhh… we don’t want to use that” and then refused all of us service????? I then just asked if I could just order a salad or even just some protein just to get something to eat and they said “we won’t be doing that” and proceeded to talk badly about me WHILE I WAS STILL STANDING IN FRONT OF THE RESTAURANT. The customers around me were just as stunned and taken aback as I was. Just ridiculous honestly. I worked at subway for two years while in college and I get the frustration of customer service but you need to at least try or go work somewhere else.

7/25/2025 at around 7:28ish there so called “supervisor” he’s tall black with locs so yall can know specifically who im talking about! Idk his name but i witnessed the most disrespectful, DISGUSTING behavior towards a customer with her child that is old enough to understand what was going on with her mother. She was an Indian women with an accent but the so called supervisor was like “I DONT KNOW WHAT YOURE SAYING! YOU NEED TO SPEAK MORE CLEAR” WHAT?! SPEAK BETTER” while another employee laughed. It looked like she wanted to cry..I definitely cried for her when I walked off! All the customers behind me were shocked! It was like so disrespectful that I was disturbed. Also another customer came up that been asked for his receipt and he responded “YOU WANT ME TO STOP HELPING THIS CUSTOMER TO COME HELP YOU?!! YOU CAN WAIT!” All caps because he was aggressive. I also told the girl how I wanted my sandwich THAT IM PAYING FOR because she accidentally messed it up and he interrupted say “I WOULD HAVE GAVE IT TO HER THE WAY IT IS” he has got to go!

Google and Subway app says the T Concourse location is open at 8:00AM. This is not true. No sandwiches made until 9AM. Spoke to employee there in person. They need to change their operating times in the app and on Google.

Just ghetto rude aloof attitude for absolutely no reason . I witnessed one of their staff berate a customer who grabbed her receipt because she was trying to catch her other flight and he personally took it as an insult. Although I’m an English speaker I could barely understand what the young man was saying . I love delta but Atlanta people are rude and obnoxious might be time ditch them.
Oh and their machine makes it so difficult to avoid tipping.

Because it's the airport and we have no choice they take advantage and when I made them aware of it they decided not to serve because l insulted them. You can speak out i am sure I am not along. Speak out while you can.
